I can make new post in of subtopics but cata ones, why is that, any one know???

If you'll notice, Mania has archived all of the Cataclysm sub-forums with a large announcement in each one:

Patch 4.0.3a is available for testing on the Public Test Realms (PTR). In fact, the PTR is currently running the same build (or one ahead) as the Cataclysm beta. Therefore, this forum is now being archived (made read-only).

Please post new threads in Pet Discussion instead.

And feel free to contact me or one of the moderators if you want a specific thread moved.

yea, i saw that but when i click on one of the sub topics there is no new post button on the top right.

That is because she has locked them, like Veph said. If there's a topic you want moved so you can post in it, just go ahead and report it, and I'm sure the mods will be happy to move it for you. :)

Archiving means that they've turned into read-only mode. You can no longer post there. Since Cataclysm is almost here and most of the info is out on the PTR Mania thought it best to store the old Cataclysm subforums since they won't really be needed any longer. Everything from this point on could be considered 'live'.
