The rare kitties!

I think I made a topic a while ago mentioning me and my friend's hunters and how we had the goal of taming all the cat models we could. IF there was a rare or named version of it, we go for that. If not, we get it at the earliest avaliable level.

Getting the 30 minute to a few hour respawn timer pets was easy. We got Duskstalker, Shadowclaw, The Rake, and Dishu all fairly fast. But now that we're able to tame Humar, and we're fast approaching taming Araga and Broken Tooth, I know it won't be nearly as easy. I was wondering if you guys had any tips? What time of the day is best to check, spawn points and timers, taming tips, etc....

And please, wish us luck! I have bad luck usually, I really need it :3

I thought she was discovered again? If not, her skin becomes common, I just won't have fun hunting a rare down. But hopefully by tonight I'll be high enough level to tame her, provided I can -find- her. D:

Please don't turn this into another complaint/QQ thread about Araga. Araga is PERFECT the way she is, and short of her becoming a Golden Riding Tiger and placed somewhere in Hillsbrad, I would stomp on any 'unique changes' made to her, as this is far different from the Rak'shiri reskin battle going on.

Seriously if you want a special rare go camp Grunter. >_>

Kirrandia: I suggest if you really want the skin, get the skin when it's more common, rare or not, as I've heard Araga can take 2-4 days to spawn. And quickly checking wowhead, it confirms this as it seems she has a 24~32/36 hour respawn timer. Can also spawn in 3 places and Hillsbrad is usually a heavy traffic zone so.. yeah good luck/god speed.

Unfortunately, seeing as the patch might come out tuesday and she MIGHT be gone, I don't think I'll get Araga. I don't mind too much, jsut that I never got to camp for the great huntress :3 Currently, I still have my sights set on the black lion, and since I now KNOW I missed him while I was gone, I'm gonig to have trouble finding him. Especially since there's this blood elf hunter that keeps popping up every once in a while. D:

YUSYUSYUS! I finally got Humar! I was watching a game palythrough on youtube, checking back every few minutes, and there he was.

Oddly enough, when I saw him, he didn't have a silver dragon around his portrait and he wasn't classified as a rare... I must be having some weird interface issues D:

If anyone is on Argent Dawn, he'll be back up something petween 11:25 PM and 3:25 AM.
