Finally!! The best kitty ever!

I have been hunting Loque for at least 15 months now and earlier today I finally got my boy!!! I logged into my hunter having done my druid's dailies to do my normal disappointing circle camp. I started by the pillar, went all the way around, almost said to myself "time to go to dailies" and... there he was at the Makers Perch spawn point. Initially I was verrrrrry upset as there was a Nelf Druid hanging around him, being Horde I couldn't really communicate, I quickly swapped to BM from MM and.. tamed! The Nelf was nice enough to cheer me on as I did it. I got him. I lurve him too. lol The Nelf logged over to say that they just could NOT kill him and they'd been spamming for an alliance hunter for about 2 minutes.

I named my boy Astraios... google it and you'll find some nifty info. XD Astraios has recently taught me that I am better at BM than MM... so my kitty has single-handly swapped my spec. Thus far at least.

I also wanted to mention, do not give up those rare hunters. Eventually it will happen to you too.

I am on my ipod atm but when I get back on my pc I can provide screenies for those that care.

I don't know about the rest of the hunters out there but when I see others taming a rare, I ALWAYS make sure to cheer them on and let them know I am excited for them.

Loque really is an awesome pet to have. With the Spirit Beast healing ability now, I never take him out of my active pet set.

Congrats muchy! 15 months makes the 4 months I spent trying to find him just silly. Gah I wish blizz would do something to make him just a little less impossible to find. 15 months after one pet seems a ridiculously long time-it should NOT be THAT hard.

Yea, sadly my two rare pets, Loque and Aotona are not the result of dedicated camping. Both I have acquired due to luck alone. I enjoy having a rare pet but at the same time I feel sorry for those dedicated hunters that spend hours a day looking for their pet!

Congratz to you on finding Loque. It took me 5 months to find him on Kru, from the time I got to 77 on. by the time I found this pet a friend in Red Thunder Clan we'd invited about a year before LK launched passed away due to cancer. When I found this out I named my new cat after her hunter in honor. This pet has more than just a rare pet meaning to me but a remembrance of one of the nicest ladies in the guild who's illness took her away from us.

I will always remember you Ruhmaul!
