In the manner of being obsessed... (Loque Art!)

I give to you, Loque'nahak! I still need that bugger.

It is a sketch with colors and all to see if it would work using those colored pencils and all. I plan on redoing it on a pure black piece of paper for more eye-popping. White on white just... Never looks great. :[ Maybe if it turns out relatively well, I may stick it in my IB Art exhibition for the heck of it. c:

So, colored pencils on a scrap piece of printer paper, but I like it none the less.

Thank you! I actually used a reference screenshot from WoWhead, so props to whoever took that awesome photo. <3 I'm working on the version on black paper now. Not quite sure how much I like it though. I might have to use my personal colored pencils cause the ones I'm using for it at school just... Aren't doing it for me. :/

Looks great! and hope you've managed to bag him by now, he should be easier to catch with most other players off exploring the new content. I've helped 5 strangers tame him over the past year, and i've caught him at least half a dozen times with 4 different hunters. He's definately worth catching, if not for his sheer awesomeness, then only to experience the nerdy-adrenaline-rush that you get from seeing him -- it's a mixture of pathetic, and overwhelmingly-awesome. =P

I love it! Loque is always such a great subject for drawings and other art.

I still haven't had any luck with Loque, but I think that is mainly due to the fact that Aman'thul is a VERY highly populated server (one of the first Oceanics, I think.) Sadly, a number of people are also thinking along the lines that, "Pfft, no one is in NR! Everyone is elsewhere-- Wait. WHAT. Sholazar Basin has 15 people on Ally side? IT'S FIVE IN THE MORNING." Yeahhh. I've had that a number of times. I nabbed Gondi yesterday, and plan on printing out some references tomorrow at school and continuing my doodles. <3

And btw, Felid, your avatar is awesome. If your tattoo will be anything along the lines of that detailed, you better put it up on the forums. Heck, put up the tattoo whether it's the most bad*** thing or not. I must see!

I tend to play on lowly populated PvP servers, less competition but you get ganked mid-catch. Shame you're on a different server otherwise i'd help you out. X3; Actually the avatar is part of the tattoo, it's only half done though.. When I get him inked I guess i'll make a thread. ~

I made these two refs to use in his design, they're kinda useful when drawing him. ^.^-
