I just wanted to let everyone know that if you do a questline in Aszhara (I can't spell it lol) you can get a cool hat that might turn you into a goblin! This is the quest you need, it starts at the harbor with a blood elf, its a long chain

But once you're done the hat changes you into a random apprentice npc, one of which is a goblin! It has a 30 min cooldown and the costume lasts 30mins and it doesn't break in combat. It is awesome!

Hrm...maybe I just wasn't using it properly. I got the hat a few days ago when I was leveling my druid, but I stayed a troll. Wuuut?

Its a random chance thing. So far I've been a gnome(hilarious as a hunter), really old orc, undead with a black mask, to my horror a female blood elf and night elf(I'm a girl,but my char is a guy and was a lil' scary seeing him gender hop), and a male goblin in cooooool mage gear.
If you manage to get the goblin you can do all their emotes. Their jokes/flirts are more like r than pg-13 tho...so just a heads up with that one. The sleep emote is sooo cute! I might have to roll a goblin now.

Hang on, I've done all the Azshara quests and all I got was a Dingy Wizard Hat from that zone!

Anyia, that's obtained from the start of that questline. When you finish everything up in that questline, INCLUDING freeing goblins at the Northern Terminal in Azshara, the blue dragon that is standing at the Terminal will give you a quest to go back to the goblin city/harbor. You'll head back there and turn in the final quest with the blood elf that gave you the hat you have now.

He tells you NO WAY YOU CAN'T GIVE THAT HAT BACK and makes you take it back. This time, it'll change you.

Hmmm, I shall have to make a trip up to Azshara and see if I can find that quest then - I must've missed it. Thanks for pointing it out!

I hung on to the hat since I was contemplating grabbing a Lesser Wizard's Robe and macroing them to an item set.

(Let's see if anyone here knows what I'm talking about...)
