On a sidenote, do I need to use the Editor to use the emotes, or will they just work by default? And what about the Cata pets, like Beetles, Dogs, Foxes, etc?

Hi all, new forumite here
First off let me say excellent job on this fantastic addon, it has really helped me to get even closer with my pets. Big thanks!
Now, this issue may already have been addressed elsewhere but I am having difficulty downloading the latest version (1.7.1) of the editor. The download is successful, however the new content was not added. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program three times without joy.
Any tips?

Welcome, Varethyn! I actually had a similar problem with the editor not installing properly with the rest of the addon, but since I've been buried up to my neck with my shammy, I haven't gotten to test things at all. Not very helpful, I'm afraid, but at least it wasn't just you.

So, downloaded the new editor finally. Looks like the new families are in!
Tentative plan:

- wolf emotes will become, with some changes, dog emotes, as they are more dog like
- wolf emotes will get a more feral edge, as befitting a wolf
- foxes will be a hell of a lot of fun
- beetles....nothing yet, but I do love my beetle, so emote will be forthcoming
- shale spiders are not in the game yet...but, they will be a bit spidery, of course

Neat thanks I always love it when my pets randomly do stuff, makes them feel so much more real , thanks again I just know they will be great
