Guaranteed Blue Drop Treasure Chest?

I was just running around winterspring when a guildy mentioned finding a treasure chest in Northrend, well I'm not sure if most of you know but until 4.0.3 or 4.0.3a there weren't any treasure chests in Northrend. This guildy remarked that they found a rare wand inside and some gold. I did some digging and found that there is a new type of treasure chest around Azeroth and Northrend. I'm not sure if this chest replaces the old chests or if its just a rare spawn. It seems to have a GUARANTEED BLUE drop.

I had forgotten all about it but recently I spent some time in STV and found one of these new chests and inside of it was Amy's Blanket a lv 20-30 something (i forget) blue.

Now I went running around Winterspring after I realized this, looking at the possible spawn points on wowhead and heres what I found.

PS I also want to include that on wowhead a comment suggested that the treasure chest rewards experience upon opening. Northrend chests possibly reward 50k experience per chest.. this is complete speculation. I don't have a character in that level range so I cannot confirm with certainty.

Also, I found another chest and got another blue. It seems to be 100% because its so far 3 for 3.

Yep, I found a chest the other night and it had a blue in it too.

I found a chest sitting in the middle of Andorhal got a blue from it as well. Thought it was odd just sitting there.

They've added a bunch of new ones to the game I think. I've found quite a few already myself.

Silken Treasure Chest
Runestone Treasure Chest
Maplewood Treasure Chest
Dark Iron Treasure Chest

Even though the drop rates are low on WoWhead, they always seem to contain at least one blue when opened.

I found one of these new chest looks while doing the Emerald Dream portal quest in Feralas. It, too, had a blue item: a shield.

So yeah, this seems to be a reasonable assumption
