They ARE mini pets...you can buy one from a guild vendor after getting a certain ach/rep lvl

I know how would it possible, it just doesn't do it. I still don't like the idea of a snail hunter pet. There's just nothing particularly interesting about snails. Turtles are at least tough despite being slow, but snails?

Go watch the most recent Naruto episode, he's fighting a giant snail/clam thing. Plenty of ways a snail could attack.
