Armor Help

Ok, so I am a little behind on the times on my armor set up and could use some advice. Pre-Cata, i had the basic windrunner set and other purple items. I also had almost 4k in justice points burning a hole in my pocket. I almost purchased T10 gear but someone told me to wait for Cata. So now all the items are lvl 85 and I cant even get into the Cata randoms cause of my gear score. I just finished questing in Hyjal, been wearing any earned armor thats was an upgrade and am almost to 83. Advice?
