Been camping for 6 days now, I have not even seen a dead Madexx. I'm not even picky about the color, I just love the model

Yes, best of luck. Be sure to cover the entire area; it seems that most people (including myself) have found him at his northern spawn point above the ruins, but other spawns have been reported, so while I was camping I covered the entire area just to be sure. You can't be too careful, especially since the early Uldum quests start in that area. Lots of traffic right now.

Hang in there, he'll show up for you eventually. ^_^
Madexx is an asshole, to be sure. After a 6 hour camp he spawned on top of me while I was tabbed out, killed me, and left my body in a puddle of green venom. :/

I found mine north of the quest-givers. close to the river so yes, be sure to cover the entire sub-zone, and good luck!
