I didn't understand the "tally ho ho ho" thing until today when I went to SFK. xD Now I find that pretty amusing!

I don't know if this is in direct reference or not, but there were some Pygmy like people in a town in Final Fantasy 9 that would yell "Tally Ho!" as a greeting.
