I've compiled a list of pretty nice gear that is available to even the most casual of hunters, if you're willing to put in a little (okay, a lot) of time in instances.

Even if you're not too concerned with the added damage and such, the Windrunner set looks pretty good too....plus it matches. ;)

Very nice. Handy for people that don't use the AtlasLoot addon, hehe.

Well, it's not just that; it's the triumph badge gear that people might not be aware of, since it's the sort of thing not exactly covered by AtlasLoot.

Basically, this is a loose guide to getting the most bang for your buck out of the emblems. ^_^

Yes, thanks a lot for the guide, it's EXTREMELY helpful!

Since I mostly play the game solo I've never done much dungeon running, so I'm completely new to the whole tier-gear experience. I didn't even think to look for them until you posted your guide because I'm such a n00b lol. I just went straight to the Triumph badge vendor and started browsing, didn't realize tier gear would be in a completely different place! So thanks for making me look, Sil has a very nice chest piece now and has her eyes set on an equally pretty helm :D

I've updated to include the heroic drops and ToC normal drops (aka the item level 200 gear). :D

Oh right! The hunter tier piece vendor is in the leather and mail shop near the south bank. :) Until 3.3, that vendor didn't even carry the tier 9 pieces; they were only sold outside of the ToC raid entrance.

hello, I had just recently found that this forum existed after having been gone from the game for 2 months. After reading about this guild I made an alt. if any one sees an orc named Grimmrog on, could I please get an invite? It seems that I must have reached the level where everytime I enter into a major city, I'll get 2-3 random guild invites thrown in my my face.

Ugh, I hate it when people do that RANDOMLY.

When I first made both guilds, I actually whispered random people I found that were without guild, if they would care to sign a charter for me. All neat and proper so to speak. Most people of course agreed, a few commented it was nice to not be randomly flashed a charter...

But I digress!

You may search "/who Petopians" (without quotes) and ask anyone in the guild to invite.

It's the Murk Spitter and looks very pretty. Sadly I couldn't upload photos of him for some reason, it wouldn't work :(

Transferred my Undead Warlock, Decaydra, today. :D

Along with her I brought my remaining heirlooms from my old server, plus the wonderful Battered Jungle Hat which suits my druid quite nicely. :3

A few of us decided to start some new undead alts, with Mel and I (Frankenbride and Morbia) making priests that we plan on being healers. Oddly enough, all 3 of us chose the X face plate without even knowing it. xD

Haha, good stuff. I can't remember if I used the face-plate thing for Hadyn or not...I had been considering it, I remember that...

Anyway! I rolled a new hunter for Petopia. This one is more of an in-joke than anything else, though, mostly for me. In the original series/worldbuilding I've been doing, I have a number of characters, each of whom has a non-human counterpart/partner that they do their jobs with. Much to my delight, I discovered the other day when browsing Petopia that most of their partners have wow-pet counterparts!

So I rolled a hunter named Nysosen (after the commanding officer's partner, Nysosea and physically modeled after the officer himself). He plans to tame a wolf for Ookami, a Wind Serpent for Velkyr, a raven for Morrigu, a moth for Kerjon and a panther for Celenia (amongst all the others).

Looking forward to this :D
