How to contact a GM

Ok i know how to post a ticket but if we want to talk to one do we just wait online and wait for a whisper or does the ticket say something about a GM wanting to whisper to you?

I don't think you're guaranteed to talk one-on-one with a GM. If you open a ticket and are online when they go to answer it, then yes there's a good chance they may contact you directly. However with them being as busy as they are right now after an expansion release, there are less interactive GMs due to time constraints I'm sure.

Yeah I've had a ticket out for a couple days already and so only if you're in game and they feel they need to speak with you will you talk with one.
Basically as Veph said.
