Azunara added, "Well. You could eat the gnomes....You'd get some weird looks and they probably would send their big metal chickens after you...But eating gnomes could be an effective way to get them to be quiet."

[Mustafah]

Mustafah - Ironforge

After a few drinks, mustafah went to the group to see what's going on. He started to hear a conversation about evil gnomes and came closer and saw Luare and Azu speaking with a cat? He thought to himself: "They can do it too???" he came and spoke: "Hey, so what were you talking about?" he said in his squeaky gnomeish voice.

Decay - Ironforge

Decay finished her drink, and looked at the dwarf. She should be starting to feel the effects of the alcohol, but she seemed unaffected. Huh. Odd. Even undead can handle infinite amounts of alcohol, and Decay was starting to feel it at the back of her head, a small warning that she's not as clear as usual. She ignored it, letting the fuzzy feeling spread over her mind, blocking out some parts of her. She waved the waitress over, and started her third drink. If it had to go that far, she could always freeze the parts of her brain that handled intoxication. She could see no harm in that whatsoever.

Azunara yelped, leaping up and upturning a few chairs. She blinked, looking at the gnome-orc carefully. "We're...discussing gnomes." She said, looking at her claws, then glanced at the chaos she had caused in her startled upheaval. "Yeah. Gnomes..."

[Mustafah]

Mustafah replied: "So you find gnomes evil?" he said to them.

[Azunara]

Azunara nodded furiously. "They're awful!"

[Mustafah]

Mustafah laughed a little and said: "Why?" and tell the cat I understand him.

The druid seemed irritable she had to explain yet again why gnomes were evil. Everyone should know this. Nonetheless, she leaped into her explanation, "They would rather stab you and turn you into a rug than be your friend. They're mean!"

[Lupis]

Rassaa, Ironforge

Rassaa mentally scowled. She had thought this would happen. Stupid death knights. Well, whatever. She'd show her the power of a dwarf. ...And a spirit bond.
She half-transfered her mind back to her own body, enough to look up at Decay and ask, "Well? Ah'm not done." Wow, I'm drunk. Determined to beat the death knight, she moved her mind back to the lynx and started the third drink.

Tinder/Luare, Ironforge

Tinder flicked his scarred ears at Rassaa. "She's an idiot, by the way," he commented to nobody in particular. "Having a drinking match with a death knight?" He shrugged, laying down on his side. "You know, little gnome, I can still smell the orc on you. Why're you here?"
Luare flicked her tail, looking at the gnome.

Decay - Ironforge

"Make sure you don't kill yourself tryin' to outdrink me then.'', Decay muttered. But she was certain she had seen the dwarf drunk when she had talked to her. She glanced out over the room, looking for any reason the dwarf was handling it so well. She saw several hunter pets, but one stood out. It was a lynx, like the ones back in Eversong. It was looking straight at her. "A hunter?", she thought, looking at the dwarf. "Those weirdos can bond pretty closely with animals!", she concluded. The waitress came with more drinks, and Decay quickly started her new one. "This might be harder than I thought!", she thought, letting small tendrils of cold seep into her mind, keeping her somewhat alert.

Rassaa/Tinder, Ironforge

Rassaa stubbornly finished her third drink, taking the fourth. She was determined to beat the death knight. Trying to beat her by being mostly immune to alcohol? Huh! She delivered a thought to Tinder, who blinked, then got up and padded over to the door. He mewed once, and a spirit beast wandered in. "Sorry kids, I gotta go," the lynx told Azu and Luare, then left the tavern.
The spirit beast, a fluffy white snow leopard with blue aether dripping from its jaws, sat down where the lynx had been.
Rassaa suppressed a smirk, switching her mind to the spirit beast. Unlike her other pets, putting her mind next to Lanayru's mind hurt. It was probably how close she was to the spirit plane. Whatever it was, it helped her stay alert and clear headed, shocking her body back to semi-soberity. Beat that, Death Knight.

[Mustafah]

Mustafah whispered to Azu and Luare: "How did he know im an orc?"

Decay - Ironforge

Decay stared at the dwarf, and then leaned over towards Indi. "If ah' look like Ah'm about t' explode make sure they leav'.", she muttered, not bothering to hide the fact that she was very drunk. She finished her drink, and with a slight shudder she flooded her brain with frost, freezing it partially solid. She started losing control of her abilities, a thin layer of ice starting to form on her armor. She grinned widely at the dwarf, and quickly downed her next drink. The air about her started to grow cold.

Rassaa, Ironforge

Rassaa was impressed. That Death Knight was good. Well, she still had her spirit beast to help. She finished her next drink in record speed, then pushed her mind towards the spirit beast. It half faded into the spirit realm for only a heartbeat, and a lance of cold pain cleared her head. She winced, then gave Decay an expectant look, picking up another. "Ahm no' done." I'm gunna kill ya, Brom, she thought. The spirit beast picked up on that and poked the offending dwarf with a claw.

[Saturo]

Decay - Ironforge

Decay grinned. ''Me neither.'', she muttered, doing a decent job at not sounding drunk. ''I'm just getting started.''
She started on her next drink. It almost froze solid when it touched her lips, but she swallowed quickly.

[Azunara]

Azunara tilted her head, replying, "Magic. We can smell it on you." She watched Decay and the dwarf, blinking at the spirit beast. The creature made her feel uneasy. It was a lot more powerful than she was, and she nodded politely to it, retreating to Kozri's side. "Koz. Do you think one of 'em are going to try and jump off a cliff?" She asked, and Kozri tilted his head at the pair, looking thoughtful. "Hopefully not."

Rassaa, Ironforge

Rassaa continued on. To give herself an extra burst of energy, the spirit beast first faded completely into the spirit world - making Rassaa grimace in pain - then walked forward and touched her with a paw. Healing energies flowed into her, clearing her head. Much better. She was still drunk, but not as smashed as she had been. Good. Ow... Her mind was cold.
She drank her next drink yet more quickly, wasting only a second in saying, "Yer gunna be payin' a lot o' gold."

Lanayru, Ironforge

The spirit beast, a very young child of the snow leopard loa, lashed her tail and looked at Azu curiously.

Azunara lifted her head, giving a slight grin. "Hi?" She said carefully. Kozri muttered into his tea, "The one time you show caution...And it's not even necessary."

[Lupis]

Lanayru, Ironforge

Lanayru blinked slowly at Azu, saying quietly, "Hello..." She stayed glued to Rassaa's leg, nervously licking down a piece of fur on her chest. A streak of bright blue aether stayed on the fur for a moment before fading.

Azunara tilted her head. She was pretty sure her tongue didn't do that. Well okay then. She watched the feline briefly, then looked at Decay and the dwarf. She still was curious how they could tolerate the taste, tail flicking.
