Anyone else having issues with this trap or other traps?

This is the only place that's happened to me. I haven't experienced the other issue, though. Are you hit-capped?

I've always figured it's a range thing like what was mentioned by someone else. Only other issue I've had really has been, ok I'll trap front one (easiest to line up) and tank pulls before I launch trap or the mage inexplicably decides that everything is an aoe pull.

Yep.. Basically stick the trap right in front of them and you'll see them bug and jump forward into the trap.. ! Trust me I've been through the crazy 'eek wtf' moments on that pull with it not workingGolden wrote:It seems that those particular mobs are bugged in a way that they appear to be in a different spot they actually are. In general re-trapping is a pain, I think it has something to do with mobs not having abilities that makes the direct re-trapping a problem (pools of lava under them etc). I some times try to drag the melee mob towards me away from the pack and lay a trap and let it walk into it, of course this relies on the tank not re-taunting off you

I had the same thing happen to me. I put a freezing trap out and it should of froze the mob and it didn't. This wiped the group and I got blamed for it naturally. 2nd time around I try to put a trap down as told to but the tank didn't wanna wait. I ended up trapping one for like 2 seconds before the tank broke it and this resulted in a 2nd wipe.
