Phantom snickered, giving Venin an amused look before glancing back up towards the birds. Stupid birds.. Flying so fast... He sighed, letting a burst of flames envelop his legs, increasing his speed slightly.

Phantom used Nitro Charge!

The birds looked down. Damn, they were keeping up.
"How about we give the mutts a workout?" The Pidgeot grinned, The others chuckled, angling their wings to fly directly over a forest and increasing their speed.

[Senna-Umbreon]

Phantom mentally cursed. Damn these birds!!!! He swerved to follow them, letting both another burst of flames and a large bright light envelop his paws.

((Grah, desire to keep distances acurate is clashing against my desire to see Venin and Phantom finally reach the Dawn. @.@
Although I suppose if I had been active, they'd already be there by now. Hmm.))

Venin yelped as the speed increased. Having enough, she liquified herself and slivered up and around Phantom's neck. "There's that's better." She said. "Hope they don't plan to keep us running all the way there.

((I'd say... To heck with accurate distances! On with plot developments!!! XD))

"Hehe, much better. Now I won't be tasting Vaporeon fur the whole damn way there!!" Phantom laughed, grinning despite his frustration with the three birds. "Wish these bird-brains would just slow the hell down, though!!"

((True point, and I don't think there's much more I can do to pad this out other than "The bird fly faster" or just not post. :\ ))

The three bird pokemon screech loudly, spiralling downward over the camp. They had lost sight of the two eeveelutions when the flew over the forest, they hoped that'd be the last of them.

"Well, I guess we're close," Venin said, ignoring his remark about her fur. "I can't see the dodos anymore. Either that or we took a wrong turn at tree number one hundred and thirty five."

[Senna-Umbreon]

((*Snickers at Venin's 'tree number one hundred and thirty five' comment* Oh Venin, you are hilarious XD))

"Let's hope it's the 'we're close' option, and not the wrong turn one." Phantom grumbled, slowing down slightly as he neared about where the birds had disappeared. "Well.. I smell Pokemon.. Like, a lot of them. So maybe this is it..."

[Moonlost]

((I have to admit, I missed Venin and her snarkiness. Urgh, Why didn't I get back to this RP sooner?!))

"Here, let me down. I'd rather not appear to these Dawn as a puddle wrapped around your fuzzy neck." Venin said, pooling on the ground ans solidifying. She sniffed. "... I smell pokemon as well. Humans too I think. I'd say we're here."

[Senna-Umbreon]

((*Pets* B'aaw, don't feel bad D:))

"Yep. Finally. Now let's just hope they don't kill us... But hey, we've survived for this long, so even if they did attack us, we'd probably be able to escape!" Phantom said, slowing to a halt. "Well.. Let's go." He finally added, padding fowards.

Ghost kept pacing around, tail lashing a mile a minute. Suddenly, she stopped, sniffing the air, ".... I don't like this scent... Not one bit... .... I'll be right back.." She said, glancing up at Iron before fading and trotting away.

[Moonlost]

((Family reunion incoming! *ducks and covers* ))

Venin smiled at Phantom. "Kill us? Hah, I don't think it's possible."
The Vaporeon padded next to her much larger mate, her tail lightly brushing against one of his own. She could see that he was tense. Nervous perhaps? It wasn't like him, but then again, she gathered he had some bad blood with his sister. "Let's just hope this goes better then when we met with my "family"."

[Kamalia]

Molly's heart sank at the little girl's words. Oh, she had been afraid of this... She knelt down and returned the hug. She slowly rocked back and forth as she tightly held the child. I had a lot of fun today, too. I'm sure that Daray and Apple did as well. I want to thank you for that. It's been a very long time since we've been together just as a family. She was quiet for a moment. And Holly, I swear that I will try my hardest to stay safe. Do you promise that you'll stay safe as well? For me? I've... already lost someone myself. Even smaller than you. I don't want that to happen again either. She leaned back and wiped away the mixture of tears and chocolate on Holly's face. If anything happens, I promise that I will come to protect you.

Cherrie ran over to julius although it took awhile to find his scent "You hear all that to?" she asked a berry in her mouth

((.... Wait. *Spies the fact that Phantom was just refered to as Venin's mate* MUWAHAHAHHAHAHAH YES!! XD *Mauled by Phantom* AGH))

"Believe me. It'll be just as bad. If not worse." Phantom replied, his fur starting to bristle. After a few moments, he halted again. "...... Ghost. I know you're out there. I know your little disappearing tricks, remember?" He called out, scanning the area in hopes of pin-pointing the Umbreon's exact location. Luckily for him, she appeared, after a bit of hesitation of course, only mere feet infront of them. ".... Phantom?" The Umbreon hissed quietly, her eyes narrowed at her brother.

Julius looked up with wide eyes. He hastily wiped away some berry juice form his mouth and presented an armful of berries. "I-I just tried one, honest!" He quickly blurted. "And, um, hear what? I heard some yelling or something from the camp not that long ago, if that's what you mean."

[Moonlost]

Holly sniffled, wiping her nose on her sleave, before looking up at Molly with a weak smile on her face. "I promise I'll stay safe and I'll help keep Apple safe too. You and mister Daray make sure to teach the bad pokemon a lesson, okay?"

Venin's tail twitched. Ah crap, that Umbreon. The one her former mistress had a grudge against. That could complicate things, if Ghost remembered her at all anyway. She couldn't recall ever fighting her, just sitting to the side as the Manectric went balistic.
Still, she stood by Phantom's side, keeping silent for the moment. She felt her usual snark wouldn't help much here.

((I think these may must be like.. One of the only same-species (Technically) couples in this whole darn story!! XD))

Ghost took a step backwards, fur standing on end. "You're... One of the Dusk too?" She said, barely managing to not stammer.

"Hardly." Phantom replied, tails twitching, "Honestly, the Dusk can go die in a fire."

"But.. You're evolved.. Just like.. Them..."

"Ever heard of stealing? Well.. That's how this happened. It's a fairly long story, that I'm sure you'd hate hearing, considering it includes me."

Ghost tilted her head slightly, "..... Then why are you here? What, are you going to test out your new powers by killing me?!"

"Pfft. You're far too weak to pose a real challenge. Besides, I've already proved how strong I am. I managed to fight off that Espeon friend of yours. It seems she's Dusk now. Not to mention out to kill you... Funny, you make a lot of enemies, Ghost. Not that I can say I'm surprised..."

"Oh shut it, you overgrown fire-pup!" The Umbreon suddenly snapped, "If you're not here to kill me.. Then why the hell ARE you here?!"

Despite his sister's hostile attitude, Phantom remained calm, "Simple. We'd rather not get killed by three whole damn armies that all pretty much want us dead... We thought we might as well join the one that might actually give us a chance at living. Hence why we're here."

Ghost blinked, seeming to only then take notice of Venin, "You're... The Vaporeon that was with that Manectric...."

[Moonlost]

"Yeah, don't think Seventeen ever formally introduced me. How inpolite of her." She grinned, inwardly cursing at the Umbreon recognising her. "Venin. And don't worry, I don't run with the lightning puppy anymore. In fact, there's a chance she hates me more than she hates you, and that's saying something."
She sighed. Phantom wasn't helping their chances here. "Look, we've seen the Dusk at their base. Trust me when I say that you need all the help you can get. Once this is over, me and Fuzzybum can leave and never disturb you or anyone you care for again."

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost kept silent until Venin's mention of one of Phantom's nicknames. "... 'Fuzzybum'? .... Pfffttttt!!!!! Nice nickname there, idiot!!!" She laughed, grinning.

"Could it have killed you to call me 'Phantom' this time?! Ghost is NEVER going to let me live this down!" Phantom muttered to Venin. "Seriously Ghost. I suggest you shut up about my stupid nickname and actually listen to the IMPORTANT things we're saying. You know the Espeon you were friends with? I'm sure you know she's out to kill you..."

This caused Ghost to fall silent for a bit, "..... I do know that.... And I know that she's evolved. Like you."

"Exactly. I had a hard time beating her after I evolved. You may be a Dark type, but she'll rip you to shreds in no seconds FLAT. Believe us when we say that you Dawn will need all the help you can get."

".... And you expect me to ally with YOU? After everything you've put me through?!" Ghost snarled, unsheathing her claws, "At LEAST half of my life has been absolute HELL because of you! And now you suddenly want me to ignore all of that and help you? I say you two should just head back to the Dusk and let them kill you! Then the world will have less idiots in it!"

((... Something tells me these two might need someone else to come and stop Ghost from killing their chances at this completely. ... *Pokes Baaz* GET OVER HERE!! XD))

((*EDIT* WELL SHIT. Brain fart for a moment. Totally forgot that Phantom has no clue about Sol being a Psyceon. *Flails*))

"Geez, the family hate runs deep." Venin said, ignoring the snarls on the faces of both of the other eeveelutions. "I don't suppose me bouncing up and down squeaking about friendship and forgiveness will solve this either."
She padded forward, head in the air as if looking at the clouds, her movements graceful and slow. "How about you two stop being morons for a minute. I know that's hard for you Phantom, but just try for me. You don't have to like each other. Hell, you don't have to look at each other if you want. But don't think that if you kill each other it'll sove anything other than make this Solara's job easier."

Baaz stopped, lifting his nose to scent the air. The faint smell of... water, but different slightly. And Dusk. He knew of only one other with that scent.
"I'm sorry my love." He said with a sigh, turning to Lilith. "It would seem that my past wishes to catch up with me once more. I need to deal with this."
He licked her, then turned and ran off, sniffing, trying to pinpoint Venin.

Both Phantom and Ghost glared at Venin, though the Smoldereon's was more from just amused annoyance than the hatred that emanated from his sister's.

Ghost then turned her gaze to Phantom, watching him until finally she spoke up again, "..... Fine. I'll THINK about letting you two live. If only because I'm not about to let my REAL family be killed by rampaging Dusk and any help with that is welcomed. Unless it's idiots like you, of course."

"Why am I always being called an idiot?! Arceus.." Phantom grumbled, all three tails lashing. "Oh and haha over the whole 'real' family thing. Whether the both of us like it or not, we're still siblings, Ghost."

"I wish we weren't."

"You and me both."

"........"

"............................"

".................................... I hate you."

"Heh, I hate you too."
