From what I was told, the dragon spawned quite close to the entrance of the Stonecore, and my hunter friend was fast to pick him up. He flies at 500% speed when he's in combat. It was hilarious at first to try to follow her around and watch all the players from Deepholm tail her.

It took her around an hour to take the dragon down. ._. I'm not entirely sure if it's a bug, but if hunters are meant to kill him solely by using Raptor Strike, I think I'm gonna pass on the hunt. XD She seemed to be able to shoot the adds (tiny stone drakes) from range though and her own health did not suffer a blow during the whole "tame".
It got me thinking, if Blizzard has got some kind of other new "taming" ways planned for our hunter pets in the future, since I'm quite fond of the way Aeonaxx is needed to be taken down and the camel mount requires some phasing to approach.

Good luck everyone who is going after this guy! Prepare a glass of milk and some cookies if you're a hunter and manage to tag him. You'll be circling the core of Azeroth for a long long time.
