OK.. Madexx... LOOK... last time I asked you I said I was going to go on a scorpion genocide mission in your area if you didn't show up... AND... I said I would take any color at that point... but I did mention that I didn't really want brown...

So what did you do? You spawned... BUT AS THE BROWN VERSION.... and I tamed you anyway.

So Madexx... I want you to listen very closely... I want you to spawn again... but this time BE GREEN, and if you don't have the OOPHM to get into your green suit then I guess it would be OK if you spawned in your blue suit... BUT GREEN IS MY FIRST CHOICE...

If you do not spawn soon I am going to have to start murdering your babies til you come out to play. You seriously need to take another hit for the team.

Whenever I think 'spirit beast', I think of Gondria - she's just gorgeous and ethereal and pretty :3 Course, Tribal will always be my main pet - but I'm havin' trouble deciding who travels along with us in our little troupe xD I need to find a tenacity pet who grabs my heart - always handy to have a tank, but none of them have called out yet. And I always like to have a space free for if someone calls out to me.

Teehee - Shale Spiders are hiiigh on my list; my current Hunter's only 77 though, so I was curious if a tank-pet would grab me beforehand. I've got a turtle in my stables, but I think I only grabbed him cause he was sitting on a rock in Thousand Needles looking all rejected xD Had one of the gold/blue beetles from Silithus for a bit, but we didn't connect. And had a purple/green Felboar from SMV; again, no connection. Hoping the Shale Spiders change that, even if I have to wait a few levels to get one.

I really need to learn to use multiple pets - Tribal has pretty much covered everything I've needed since day 1 though, so I think I feel kinda guilty using others xD

I wait for you in Uldum, you spawn in green, I tame you, and you come home with me. This four-step process is sure to work! You just gotta do your part by appearing with your green duds on, and I'll do my part by bringing you home. Sound good? Good! I'll be waiting for you!

Only 76 here, i pointed out the shale spider since it's looks kinda cute... for a rock anyway.Alternatively if you can wait terrorpene might be an interesting turtle to get?As for feeling guilty i'm sure Tribal wouldn't mind taking a small break it must be tiring to continuously keep your foes at range. ;]

Well, at least you saw him... my brown tame yesterday is the last known spawn time for me...

I have no idea when he could possibly spawn, but I think it is during my work hours... or when I am asleep. Neither time is good for me, Madexx.

My little baby worgen hunter would really like her Humar. She's been excited about him since level one, though she collected her baby Duskstalker and Shadowclaw... threw in a ghost saber as well... just to keep her kitty love satisfied until she could get the shadowy king of the lions, basking peacefully in the Barrens, surrounded by his minions. She even passed up a pretty, sleek Dishu on her way to his spot. She got killed by a mean hordie who thought it'd be fun to keep killing her.

At the rate she's waiting, she's going to be 24 before he appears, just from collecting the briarthorn that grows around the tree.

And while you're at it, she'd also like one of the rare parrots from VC. She doesn't mind which. And her older NE hunter sister would like a pretty mount called Anzu.

FYI 930p pacific - sunday 1/2 spawn - south east corner - ysera - timeframe: 630a saturday-930p saturday--pacific---- 15-16hrs.

Seriously had my doubts, cause' frankly I'm doubtful on things like this anyways...

I got misdirection on my corehound, which was taking 10k a tick so he was goin down fast, a little below 50% pop first macro all the drums, elixirs, pop second macro right after which was detterance, potion, & tame, & man I absolutely fail at taking screenshots during the tame of mobs like this, just get so caught up in the "will I will I c'monnnn...." anyways, tame bar read 9.9sec, but got down to 6sec. then boom tamed.

I used: king drums, both fire resist & haste elixir, haste pot, detterance, & I had 35k buffed.

I, like many others, joined to post in this thread wishing for a little more luck! But maybe I've had too much lately...

Yesterday afternoon, I flew through Storm Peaks on my regular route from Sholazar -> Storm Peaks -> Zul'Drak hunting for additions to my collection. No luck, so I headed out of Northrend and did my rounds in the Abyssal Depths, Hyjal, and Twilight Highlands. Twenty minutes later, a friend of mine logs in, says hi, and then goes about his business in Storm Peaks for archeology. I ask him to swing by Skoll's point and holler if he's up. Seconds later, I see a "OMG" in chat and my heart sank. I was right, he had found the Time Lost Proto-Drake, that lucky little bastard.

Depressed, I did my rounds again and detected King Krush. Three fears later and he was mine. Finished my rounds and went to bed after finding nothing else... Today, however. Ahem...

Logged in, in Sholazar where I had dropped her off, hoping to catch Aotona. And who pops up on my radar? Hello, Aotona! Flew through Storm Peaks... um, why hello there, Skoll! Alas, no Gondria, I figured my luck had ran out.

But wait... what's that in Abyssal Depths? My scanner didn't go off, but I had track beasts up, so I was like "damn hunters out here with the pet out, messing my stuff up!" and lo, there was Ghostcrawler just puttering around all alone, and thus he was collected. On a roll, I did another round of Zul'Drak and still Gondria eluded me. I didn't feel finished yet, so I did my rounds in Twilight Highlands and came up empty, and sat in Hyjal on a whim. There weren't many hunters out, so I sat there for about an hour with a browser open in a half window, absently watching for Mr. Volcanoturtle.

Guess who showed up? LOL. A Horde hunter landed in front of him, but stood there with his pet out. I looked at him and he just ... stood there. I didn't see him cast anything or even attempt to dismiss his wind serpent and dammit, I was there first! So perhaps with bad manners (but I was there first, I was keeping an eye out and the only person I saw around was a mage lurking and I'll be damned if they get to him first!), I zipped down and popped Deterrence and Tame Beast and made Terrorpene mine.

With my long wishlist of pets made short in just barely two days, TWO pets left to go, I puttered around and checked for Karoma and Gondria again, then switched to my main and did some stuff with some friends for a bit. People went to bed, I relogged and flew out to Twilight Highlands about an hour ago only to find Karoma mid-tame. I sat by and /cheered when she was finished, at least, and noted the time she was tamed.

tl;dr, went on a huge taming spree of INSANE luck and nabbed Krush, Aotona, Skoll, Ghostcrawler, and Terrorpene in a two day time period. My last two on the list, Gondria and Karoma, are still evading me. /fingers crossed luck continues!

So after 3 days of heavy camping of several 6+ hour sessions and a fruitless 14+ hour session last night Terrorpene finally came home this morning. It was so crazy because I had told myself that I was gonna go to bed earlier tonight then I had been and stop torturing myself. I decided to go to bed around 6am server time and when that time rolled around I decided to make it 6:33 because 3 is my lucky number. Shortly before bedtime was to arrive this mage who had been flying around fishing fire for a while asked me if I had any cloth I was willing to part with. I said I had 34 on me that I honestly have no need for and after I traded it to them they told me there was a fire pool by them that I could have. I explained that I was not there for the fire that I was there for a pet. As soon as I replied I used eagle eye to check a location and my NPC scan went crazy. The time of the tame was exactly 6:33. I can't believe that my luck has finally turned around. I informed the mage that they were my new good luck charm and they could not believe that he had finally spawned during our convo. They asked me what I was going to name my new buddy and when I said I was still deciding they suggested a volcano from hawaii, I decided on Kilauea which was one they had recently visited to honor my new good luck buddy. Here is my victory SS which you can see the convo with the mage and the NPC alert right after my response to them. What a cool ending to a painful farm!

I apologize for pressuring you into appearing. I understand you're shy, and that's okay. Maybe you're just not quite ready for a commitment of this magnitude. Whatever your reasons, I respect them. You must understand that I just really want to be your lifelong companion but, if you're not ready, that's okay, too. Unfortunately I feel my consciousness and sanity beginning to slip. I've been waiting many long hours for you. Many, many, many long hours. So, to you I say this: if you don't appear for me today in green, I give up. I'll take a break, and come back when you're ready. You see, I can only have my heart broken so many times before I just can't take anymore. But don't worry, I'm stubborn, and I'll be back. I don't quit on love. So if I don't see you today, you won't see me in your desert anymore, at least for a couple days. Okay, maybe one day. But I do plan on taking a break, okay?

I'm patient, and my will is unbending. But even diligent huntresses like me need their rest.

Edit: Ugh, so mad at myself. I was going to stay out here for 12-13 hours but I'm petering out at 6.5. I just can't stay up any longer, I'm falling asleep at my desk. Guess I'll take a nap and come back and hope that he spawns around the 23/24 hour mark or something. Darn my tired brain!
