All of a sudden, he says, "I think I'm gonna just kill this," and I hear him start combat with something. I whip my head around and see him shooting Loque! I was like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Supposedly he was just joking, he wasn't going to actually kill it, but I told him I was going to fly out there and get him if he was still there. I stable Apollyon, and grab Tetsusaiga to dump. Nah, can't do that, I've had him for five years! Ok, so bye-bye Hayao (Arcturis). I don't need two spirit beasts and I just don't really like bears anyway, even when they're all neat and glowy. Yeah, Arcturis is cool, but he's just not my thing.
So out I fly to Sholazar and after a little flapping around, finally find him. I lay a freezing trap, then start to wonder if anyone else there might be looking for him. So, I asked in General chat if any hunters have been looking for Loque'nahak, and to speak up or I'll tame him. I give it about 30 seconds and no one replies or whispers, so I just go ahead and tame him. I have mixed feelings on his looks, he's a mix of odd and pretty. But his ROAR, wow. What a beautiful sound that is! I couldn't think of a name for the life of me but finally came up with Dante. He yawned and I thought his mouth looked like it was on fire, like an inferno, which made me think of Dante's Inferno (something I've never read/watched/played, so who knows). O.o So here's a pic of Dante and myself, taking a little rest by the river where we met. I admit, he is a pretty cool little lazerkitty.
