First off I'd like to say hallo to all of my fellow Hunters out there.
I'm just a simple Hunter who likes to find rare and unique pets. I love the Beast Master spec, always felt that it was the most fun.

Update: Figured I'd add some screenshots of pets I have let go.

Only one that I don't have a screenshot of that I let go was Rak'shiri which I let go shortly after the Shattering since her skin was changed.

Do note that this was done back at level 80, so will be significantly easier now.

Here's to help those Hunters who want Lord Kri, Princess Yauj, Vem or Princess Huhuran. I posted these over on wowhead a while back.

This will be word for word, so you can simply go to wowhead and look at them as well there.

Managed to solo tame this guy and solo Prophet Skeram today..

My strategy was Spirit Beast for Prophet Skeram with this spec.

Go up to the top of the platform and Feign Death behind the Pillar in the back right, make sure your pet stays up on the top and just do Spirit Mend when it's off CD, also have Cower on autocast, takes roughy 6 - 7 minutes for your pet to kill Prophet Skeram.. May take a few tries, but you'll get it.

Now for the trash leading to the Trio.. I recommend using a Turtle(or Beetle) with this spec Kill the Vekniss Guardians first.

Now once you're at the trio simply run in and use a Potion of Speed, pop Deterrence and begin Taming.

Once this is done you can simply run out of the room and the they'll reset, congratulations on your new pet.

Since the trio is optional you don't have to go to them, that's unless you want to tame one of them. (Lord Kri, Princess Yauj and Vem)

Once you get to Battleguard Sartura.. Make sure all the trash in the room is clear then proceed to pull him, I personally used my Spirit Beast again for this while I was in Feign Death, cast Spirit Mend when it's off CD and have Cower on autocast, will take you about 5 - 7 minutes for your pet to kill Battleguard Sartura.... May take a few tries but you'll get it.

Now you're at the hallway with all those bugs... Dismiss your pet.
Simply run through the hallway now all the way to the end and to the right past Fankriss the Unyielding.
Once you're in the other hallway which is to the right of Fankriss the Unyielding use your Feign Death.. You might disconnect here but as long as you hit Feign Death before you do you should be fine.
Now call your pet, I recommend using a Turtle(or Beetle) with this spec.. Go to the end of this hallway and clear the room with Princess Huhuran in it, now that this is done, Dismiss your current pet.. Run up to her pop Deterrence and begin Taming.

Congratulations on your new pet.

I dropped him from my stable since I wasn't really using him and needed room for more pets.

Found Grunter again today and retamed at 8:42 server time on Bleeding Hollow.

Whether I actually keep him this time or not still remains a mystery..

Lovely collection you have there Eleos.

I named my Lord Kri Kri. I thought I'd share my story for my choice of keeping his name to see if you might like it too.

I decided that of the brain bug models, I really wanted Lord Kri for his cool orange color (I've long since given up on a matching beetle since we could never get a good group set up for interrupts or anything in there, and I've since tamed Terropene as my tank).

So anyway, after a fews tries and failures, I finally get him and run around with him a bit trying to come up with a suitable name that fit him. It was my boyfriend who suggested that I just have him keep his name as it sounds very much like something that he would name himself in whatever language it is they speak.

Sometimes I think that the rares/named mobs have names that suit them already and are fine to use, other times, I know many hunters have the perfect name in mind. ^_^ I just wanted to share that with you though since I saw that yours is still named Kri and I think it's a perfect name for him (although I think Pumpkin would be a fun cutesy/silly name for him).
