The Blood Games

[Azunara]

Kerym grinned devilishly. Whoops. Bad move. She aimed a ball at Buzzard, tossing it. She just hoped it got close enough to register the large pokemon's presence. Solara tore out as well, phased as she fired a beam at the typhlosion. Another ball rocketed near her, and she whined, suddenly struck with fear. Not again. She wouldn't be captured. Never again. No no no no. Lyra was also terrified, her mother's fear radiating through the link.

[Lupis]

Buzzard blinked and tried to back away, roaring again with fire pluming forward. He hadn't ever been captured before, and the thought was so unfamiliar that it didn't scare him - even when the intense near-gravitational pulling force of the Pokeball began to pull him towards it.

[Kamalia]

"What do you want?!" Julius yelled over the Murkrow's screeching, staring at the Typhlosion. He squinted his eyes at the blast of heat but otherwise looked unfazed. The water still poured out of the pipe in bountiful amounts. More than enough for another good-sized wave. The Floatzel lashed his tails, summoning up the energy to create one again. Seeing Solara run out, he hunched down, letting the water scoop him up and take him with it as it crashed out of the doorway. He slid to a halt and bared his teeth at the Typhlosion.

[Azunara]

As more pokemon came out, Kerym hid behind flames and the typhlosion, throwing more Master Balls. Idiots. Solara hissed at the Master Ball, unable to escape. Another dropped down nearby and there was a wail from Lyra as it began to drag her in. Solara hissed, rigid, terrified. "Lyra!" She yowled, and the small yaneevee began to whine, the ball picking her up and clicking shut. The psyceon wailed, full of rage. "I will kill them all!" She roared mentally, firing off a pulse of energy. The nearby Master Ball however captured the psyceon as well, the pair of balls clicking and rocking.

"Two down..." Kerym said softly.

[Kira]

(( Guy's, I'm having a big problem...I want to play Delora so Badly but...I said I'd give her a break and..and..*whines* HELP MEH! ))

Arkon whined as the fire started, then his tail wagged as it went out. He could make fires yes, but he couldn't control them too well right now. He didn't want to go outside, but when Copper bolted...well, he had to do something! "Wait up!" He yipped, chasing after the Joltos.

Kyuu hissed at the sight of the human, her eyes shimmering solid green. She sniffed and stopped for a moment before a whine came from her. "Remi..." She narrowed her eyes and bolted outside without much thought, heading toward the humans.

Remi sighed as Diablo came back in, then looked at Havoc. Poor little guy. He'd have to keep an eye on him as much as possible.

Kanna was still slightly irritated, the nails of her right hand digging into her left arm as she looked at Aanjay. "It's so odd. You'd think they want to see the one on one more...then again, they know that we turn them against one another soon enough. That could be what does it."

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost blinked, and raced over to where Solara, Buzzard and Julius were. Taking notice of the human, she let out a whine.

Nearby, Copper stood rigid with fear. She'd never seen a human before, and was quite terrified by the sight of one. Letting out a squeak, she turned and raced away, farther from the house.

[Azunara]

Abyss swooped down, grabbing the pair of pokemon balls in his talons and dropping them, Kerym reaching up and catching them. She stored them in a bag, and she aimed a few more balls near the umbreon, the strange...thing, and at a pair of dashing hybrids.

[Lupis]

Buzzard screeched in rage, pulsing out fire to burn anyone he could hit. The force of the Pokeball eventually worked, though, and he was pulled into the tiny cage, his roars dying. The ball twitched and shook as Buzzard fought it.

Aanjay nodded. "I think it's the fact that there's more dynamic fighting in team fights. They want to see the Pokemon work together to slaughter each other, for some insane reason." She stroked Soothsayer's head. "We should probably start picking Pokemon for the teams, too."

[Kamalia]

Julius flinched as the dark purple spheres were flung, dancing away from them. Hearing screaming followed by two odd clicks, he turned his head. He sucked in a breath as he saw that Solara had disappeared. In her place was one of the balls, rocking back and forth and the button slowly flashing red. At least, that was the glimpse he caught before the Murkrow scooped it up. He opened his mouth and let out an icy blast at the bird, his eyes burning with fury.
Julius used Ice Beam!

[Azunara]

Abyss cawed fiercely at Julius, diving to try and dodge the beam. "You're next, weasel!" He crowed, and his shadows condensed, throwing themselves at Julius.

Abyss used Night Shade!

[Senna-Umbreon]

Ghost smirked slightly, "Oh like that'll work on me! I already HAVE a Train--WHAT?!" She let out a screech as she felt the pull of the PokeBall. This wasn't supposed to happen!!! She thrashed around, trying to escape, but in the end, too, was captured.

Copper squeaked as she noticed the sphere like thing being flung towards her. She continued to try and flee, but just like her mother, was captured by the PokeBall.

[Azunara]

Abyss went for those pokeballs as well, with his shadows lunging for Julius. The typhlosion leaped for Julius as well, claws glowing with dark energy.

[Kira]

"Stop running!" Arkon whined, starting to feel tired. He slowed as he looked at the human, whimpering loudly before he turned and started back. "MOMMYYYYYYYYYY!" He managed to get it out in a loud whine before he disappeared inside of a little ball, thrashing the entire time.

(( Oh to heck with it...Sorry Delora, no rest for you. ))

"Smell that?"
"It smells odd. Mother, what is it?"
"Human's...and their attacking Chomp and the others."
"Let's go then!"
A single growl came from the pink and red Kosol as she nodded, moving from her steady walk into a bounding run. Two similar creatures raced after her, though both were orange and blue. The trio moved quickly bespite their large apperances, though that may have been more fur than actual weight.

Kanna nodded, reaching out to place her hand on her Mismagius' head. It seem to calm her enough for her to speak. "It wouln't be a bad idea. Once those...Poachers," It would be impossible to put any more loathing into the word, "come back, we'll take an inventory and begin to create teams."

[Kamalia]

Julius let out a scream of fury as he saw Ghost and Copper falling prey to the Pokéballs. He darted under the Typhlosion, shaking himself off from the Murkrow's attacks. He raced toward the balls in an effort to beat the bird to them. He called down a shower of rain to aid with his speed, then shot out another icy beam at Abyss to try and get him to veer away.
Julius used Rain Dance!
Julius's Swift Swim kicks in!
Julius used Ice Beam!

[Azunara]

Abyss cawed angrily, and a blast of flame took away the ice, but singed the bird. The typhlosion moved rapidly, slashing at Julius, trying to distract him while Abyss doggedly went for the pokemon balls.

Typhlosion used Aerial Ace!

[Lupis]

Aanjay nodded, grinning slightly. "You must love my brother, Kanna," she laughed sarcastically. "They've got a good track record. I'm sure they'll bring back a good haul."

[Kamalia]

The Typhlosion's swipe caught Julius on the side. He was knocked over with a snarl and he scrambled to get back up on his paws. "Get away from them!" He shrieked at Abyss, firing off star-shaped rays at him.
Julius used Swift!

[Kira]

Kanna let out a snort. "About as much as I loved my sister. Thankfully she's gone now. She was a freak anyway." She huffed before shaking her head. "They better. We're starting to run out."

A snarl came out of the orange and blue figure as it lunged at Abyss, the blade on the side of their skull swirling purple from their attack.
Koxys used Night Slash!
"Show off." The blue and orange creature muttered before they joined in, mimicing the attack of their brother.
The pink and red being rolled her eyes, scoffing. "Kids..." She lifted her head up and went after the pokeballs on the ground, paws swirling in darkness as she attacked.
Delora used Shadow Claw!

[Azunara]

Abyss cawed angrily, taking the stars. It screamed in pain at the attacks, taking higher into the sky. The typhlosion however used momentum to carry him forward and snatched the pokemon balls up, somersaulting and tearing away towards Kerym.

Typhlosion used Rollout

"Retreat!" Kerym cried, and they began to run for it.

[Kamalia]

"No!" Julius wailed as the Pokéballs were snatched away as he came within a few mere feet of them. He stung from the attacks but tried to shrug them off the best he could as he raced after them. He fired beams, jets of water and stars in an frenzy, half of them flying far from the captors as he screamed his fury at them.
"Bring them back! That's my family! Bring them back!"
