It was just a normal day when I decided to head out to Zul'drak to tame those white, spiked wind serpents for my survival spec. After the taking the zep to Howling Fjord, I kinda did this half-afk flight through Grizzly hills, barely watching where I was going since I was watching tv at the time. The only thing that snap my attention to the computer was my NPCscan alert going off, letting me though that I actually just flew over Arcturis. He was my first spirit beast, so I was literally shaking as I tamed him. xD
After that I started to head back up to Zul'drak, until I realized all my pet slots were full, and I didn't feel like dumping any of them. Two of them I kept for nostalgia, since I've had them for a very long time, one was Chromaggus and he was a pain to get the first time and one was the freshly tamed Spirit bear. So I just hearthed back to Org, put Arctuis in the stables and the proceeded to be distracted by a friend who had just logged on. So, after a couple duels with her, I totally forgot what I was doing beforehand, and just decided to go back to Sholozar Basin to quest.
After getting off the zepplin in Borean, I flew north to Sholozar and guess who sparked my NPC scan just south of Nesingwary's camp? Yup, Loque himself. Loque was actually a goal pet of mine, so I nearly panicked trying to tame him. I set a freezing trap right in the middle of us, not knowing he had a pounce..... But I managed the tame, and somehow was reminded I was supposed to go tame that wind serpent. So I put Chromaggus in the stable at the camp in Sholozar, and flew over to zul'drak.
I managed to tame a wind serpent and named him Zcion, cause I'm so random with my names. As I started to fly back to Sholozar, my third spirit beast for that day surprised me, and I ended up dumping Zcion for Gondria. So, now I've got three spirit beasts, which I'm happy for....
But I still haven't tamed my wind serpent :\
