I've finally gotten my post on pet personalities written up. It took a while to sort out, but I think I've covered everything. Let me know if you've experienced something different that doesn't fit into a category!

I've tamed Arc three times now, but this is the only one still with me, due to baby Kalli (the original) no longer existing and him not clicking with Kalliope (Ursa's the only bear for her). It might be the graphical changes, or it might just be him, but Nalorakk is different than Hippomenes had been as Arc.

As for how many SBs I've got, I do currently have three. Arc's with Kallimon, while Loque is the new Hippomenes with Kalliope. Gondria is just visiting Kalliope for a bit, as will Skoll (if I ever find him alone). That's for other reasons. ^_^

So I stopped looking for Skoll and started looking for the TLPD again and found Skoll. GO FIGURE.

So now I can officially say that I've tamed every spirit beast, even though that hadn't originally been a goal of mine. Funny how things work out!

That's a cool story, although I got luck when I found loque because he was at the first spawn point that I checked. Wish I could find other rares like I found loque...

I flew into some trees today before finding Karoma. What was weird is that I ended up naming him Beowulf (which wasnt reserved ) but the names I tried first, Pathfinder, and Sirius were both reserved I thought Pathfinder would have been a sweet name personally.

Hee! That reminds me of when I saw him the first time.

It was the first week of LK and I was wandering around the Basin exploring/herbing at level 72 or so....something ridiculously low where I didn't belong there. I was sort of keeping an eye out for him, since I knew he existed, but wasn't sure where he spawned. This was before the days where I had such information committed to memory... Anyway, I rounded the bend coming in from the north, crossing the river, and there he was strolling around amongst the gorillas. I didn't have NPCscan or SilverDragon back then; I just saw him stalking around like he owned the place. I think I fell for him on some level at that point, though it wasn't until years later that I realized that I even liked him, let alone needed him as my sole spirit beast in my stable. Thank goodness I could take Arcturis on Kallimon; he's still my favorite of the spirit beasts, the one who got me to even want to tame one in the first place. Loque...well....he won me over.

And nope, Royi, I haven't! Not while looking for pets, anyway. Mostly because I haven't been searching, since my stable is full. xD Once I get my new blog updated for my new stable, I'll get the tale of Madexx up. Pathfinder would have made a lovely name - I wonder why it's reserved. Beowulf is fitting too, though!
