I love epic gms.
Incidentally I keep getting bad ones my last few reports.
They never fixed my sunwell gating issue.

At least you folks are getting GMs to respond. lol I just spent 7+ hours waiting on a GM to contact me after I sent in a ticket (about a bug with one of my reputations). I just logged off for bed with the ticket left open since I am really tired and need sleep.. and I was getting tired of waiting. =( At least I get to go to bed now..

I've only ever opened a ticket once months ago, and I never DID get a response....I 'lost' some quests in the "2000 quests completed" achievement. I'd gotten that achievement, and then they reversed a whole bunch of quests or something of that nature for one of the holidays, and when I logged on again I had 1900. Never got those quest recordings back but I'd done them already....
