Thats usually what happens when Bestial Wrath is popped, so yes, I think that's pretty normal

The boss model wasps have always been incredibly huge for some unknown reason. Some people enjoy having a behemoth pet, and some people don't like the size. :) Either way, it's not just you, it seems to be (more or less?) intentional. ^^

Ah fun, I like it at times.

Other times I want to squash it.

It's a nice one I think for annoying in battlegrounds (or goofing off with in town/solo)

The guild I'd maybe be running with made it clear for me not to use it in raids/heroics. No pets as or bigger than the bosses.

That doesn't sound like fun. D: My guild doesn't care long as the pet serves its purpose and we, the player, love the pet we use.

Fortunately a couple (2/5) of the boss colours are available on non-boss wasps now, so if you like a colour you have a choice as to the size. The green and the light blue do. As far as I know the orange (like Sapphire Hive Queen) and dark purple (like Sapphire Hive Wasp) don't yet. And the fluoro purple isn't available on either model.

I absolutely love the size of my Huhuran. :) I have a comparison shot of her and the PTR's 'green wasp'. And honestly, I'm one of those people who either likes my pet to absolutely dwarf me (no pun intended), or for me to absolutely dwarf my pet. The big boss wasp is probably one of the best 'dwarf dwarfers' there are. I think it would make me feel tiny even as a tauren.

As a matter of fact:

.... yep; it does. :D

Yeah, it's normal...thank goodness the green color is becoming available on a normal-sized wasp soon! :) I personally don't like gigantic pets like that.

And it's awesome needless to say, it's about time something managed to to outsize my cow. if pets are below the knee it really REALLY bothers me. So great in all if you want something a bit different :)
My main's a Druid so I of course love critters. That counts for something right? Right?
