Lucky? Or Not.

So, depending on how you look at things, i'm either super lucky. Or very much an unlucky person. I was questing in Uldum on my druid, just flying around killing stuff. When all of a sudden I see a giant scorpid spawn in front of me. I'd never seen screenshots of Maddexx in the wild before, so I didn't realize just how huge he is! Of course, at the time my hunter happened to be on a different server. /facepalm. So I whispered a friend of mine if he wanted it. (It was the brown model) He said yes, and rushed to where I was. Sadly..as I was sitting there with Maddexx hibernated, a horde DK decided to drop by and kill me. I ran back to find a fresh scorpid corpse left behind. =( Needless to say, my friend was upset. Now, fast forward to the next morning. I decided to level my druid some more, logged on and was flying around doing errands as usual. Lo and behold, I came a pone Maddex once again! The very next day no less. It was the blue one this time however. Sadly...my friend wasn't online, and neither was any other hunters I knew. So I asked in general, got no response. I couldn't bring myself to slay the beauty, so I sat there camping him and kept him constantly hibernated. Finally...some random hunter flies down and starts trying to tame it. Except...it was aggro'd on me. The hunter sat there spamming Tame for like a full twenty seconds or so. Asking myself why someone this uh, dense, had to be the first to show up, I dashed away until he dropped aggro. Then I watched him tame it, did a /cheer and flew on my way, cursing luck.

Well, at least he found a home the second time around! That counts for something!
