Question about Blue Runed Demon Dog.

I noticed on Petopia that the Blue Runed Demon Dog has listings to be levels as low as 64. But when I checked Coldarra Mage Slayer, and Beryl Hound in game, both appeared to be level 69, and/or higher. My question is: Is the listing outdated or I am not searching in the wrong place. (Also I searched thottbot and Wowhead, both list them starting at levels 69.
