New hope for beastmasters?

Beast Mastery

•Ferocious Inspiration now also increases the damage of Steady Shot by 9%.
I didn't see anyone else posting this so I popped on to add this. That's not a bad buff for next patch.

So do the BM Masters here have PTR access? If so, this might be worth the while to test out. I'd like to see just much dps this adds up to. This *might* be worth dropping arcane out of the rotation and possibly aimed.

What do the masters have to say about it?
I don't really feel like this is so much the "Post-Modern" era as much as its the "Pre-Zombie-Apocalpse" era. I consider myself more of a forward thinking guy and an era that just won't die is just as feasible as a coming era, where the dead come back.

We already have a thread for this, http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=815
And yes, I am excited too.

I also exist on DeviantArt.

It's a good start...but it's going to take more than that one change to narrow the gap to make our much-maligned spec more "acceptable" for the average raid. Especially given Blizzard's stony silence on the matter of the Icecrown Citadel zone buff not being applied to combat pets of any kind.

I'm hoping to see more adjustments as subsequent patch pushes hit the PTR...but as a realist, I'm not sure we're going to see any other buffs. Just have to wait and take it one day at a time, I suppose.

It is a glimmer of hope, though, no matter how small.
