Kyonarai is actually pronounced kee yon nar ray. It was originally the name of a character I had in a short story that was set in the inuyasha universe. It soon became my screen name for a lot of stuff, and my best friend began calling me Kyo IRL too. I was told by someone at school that the way it was pronounced sounded like "My Violin" in hebrew. which was funny, because my then-boyfriend-now-husband used to be a first chair violinist when he was younger. Nowadays, my friend still calls me Kyo. My husband calls me Kitteh though. In short, I rarely if ever hear my actual name. In game, Kyonarai is the name of my resto shaman.

Casdia is a character name that i stole from my (not sure what to call her? She's sort of a nanny to the kids. It's a lady that lives with my parents(an me when i was still in school)family friend maybe? roomate? no clue) Anyways, she used to play DAOC and one of her chars was named Casdia, and whenever I started playing WoW, I asked if I could use the name and she let me.

Antonietta is the name of the heroine in the book 'Dark Symphony" by Christine Feehan. Lovely series if you like romance without it being boring. Theres lots of action and fighting and actual plot! As such, at least one of her pets is always named Byron after her mate.

Makoes was from the word Mako, which was the energy source in the Game FF7, Mako Energy was siphoned from the planet by the evil ShinRa corperation...However Makoe was unavailable for use as a WoW name so I tried Makoes, where the E and the S came from the words Energy and Source, so, Mako Energy Source, Makoes.

Charfire, my OLDER Screen Name, and much used (though in the recent years is slowly being replaced with Makoes), Comes from FF Tactics, it was the name of some Katana and I thought the name was interesting, and ended up naming my Charizard Charfire. Well, Charfire Was thee perfect Charizard and just ripped through all my opponent with bearly and issues, my friends started forbidding me to use him against them...Well, Charfire became the name of my Charizards after that, and eventually when we got a computer, it became my screen-name, and is currently being used on my Main Druid.

Well my forum name comes for a nickname I was given back in high school by my best friends. It's just my name, Sara, with a R in place of the S and "ko" added to the end to make it sound "cute". It was promoted to my primary handle about three years ago and a good number of folks just use it over my name.

Sersallia's name was construed on the night that Wrath was released while I was spending the night with a friend. It just felt like a Blood Elf name to me, smooth and a little more frivolous than necessary. The only drawback is the fact that most folks just call me Ser/Sr and think I'm a dude....

Hertje, which I use for all but one of my druids, means "fawn" or "little deer." I had been reading "I Was Vermeer" by Frank Wynne about the art forger Han van Meegeren (it's far better than it might sound) and one of Han's most recognized "self" works was Hertje. I love the piece and thought the meaning more than fit as a druid name.

Most of the other names that I use just are either just ones I through together (Miradia, Niori, Entara, Reiza, Coura, Keall, Chesten, Hashta, Sobira) or I thought sounded cool (Igorot*, Dawnhoof, Shortskirt**)

* A good friend of mine gave me and actual Igorot axe, I love the shape of this weapon it's so brutal.
**Shortskirt was in the guild Long Jacket but was deleted when my account was hacked and never was restored. ;_;

My main's name - Veeka(surprise!) - doesn't have a fancy meaning. She's half-Draenei, and to play into that I wanted a Draenei-esque name. She was originally Veera, but that was both taken and didn't really fit the heavier-sounding Orc names. One letter change later and she has a name that still strikes me as very silly, but I love it anyways.

My forum name is used by Veeka herself in a more modern-themed comic a friend and I work on. She is, for lack of a better word, a notorious forum troll and a bit of a smarmy arse on the big ol' Internet, and gets up to all sorts of trouble while her mate is away. The name 'nubhorns' was coined to describe the horns she has on her forehead - they never quite grew into the traditional female Draenei horns, so they're more nublike than anything else.

Plus it just sounds nice.

Sochi: Sochi started her "life" way back in Final Fantasy 11. She wasn't my main in that particular game, she was an alt. My main, Brielle, was a mithran ranger (hunter sans pets) and Sochi was a theif. Anyway, when I stopped playing that game and switched to WoW, I wanted the name Brielle for my blood elf. But it was taken, so for lack of anything else, I typed in Sochi and it wasn't taken. So Sochi became my main and first ever hunter.

Shaon: It came up in Thallassian as "thorn" and it sounded good for the alt hunter I planned to roll for the Forum Guild. A pretty blood elf huntress, like a rose, but 'ware the thorns. So Shaon became and I was hunting again.

Liende: Liende doesn't get out much anymore. She started her run as Vasi-a name that sounded good-back on Zangarmarsh while I was seeing what the Alliance was all about. But I transferred her to Nesingwary and found the name taken. So she became Liende. The name was borrowed from a book I was reading at the time and the character had a middling roll and was a musician in a world where music is magic.

Matalina: Her name also comes from a favorite author of mine. She's a pixy and the wife of the main characters partner and back-up, Jenks. Tough and resisilent, Matalina in those books is at home with a bow and a blade as much as she is a homemaker and nurse. I felt it fit my gobliness, who's as tough and resilient as her namesake. The orginal name, Copperpin, has become Matti's surname, so she's officially; Matalina Copperpin, hunter and engineer. Short, green and ready to go.

On Ysera is Tilo - from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilo_Wolff singer from Lacrimosa; Tilo herself is now undead & though there's no black with a streak of white hair to get, I picked the white hair 'whisp' look, best I could do, all her pets aren't themed. ^^

On Cairne is Shai - Was thinking of "shy" variation, also since I picked a pale space goat with the 'flipped' hair style, seems to fit all right, all her pets I try to go for lighter colors.

On Steamwheedle Cartel is Kaz'Ai - since it's a RP server I wanted to try for a RP name so checked out the Zandali names & combined "Kaz=death" & "Ai=Ones", & got "Death Ones", so, Kaz'Ai, all her pets have Swahili themed names. ^^

On Cenarius is Tendo - short for Hideaki Tendo a GM in Everquest on "The Nameless" server when it was first introduced back when Everquest was released... he passed away in 09', & all of Tendos' pets are Everquest themed.

Kerafirewing - Been writing some rough short stories (fantasy) based on my old imaginary world as a kid. This is one of the characters.

Tygermoon - Another character from my stories. A dragon actually.

Demeter - Greek / Roman mythology. Love it.

Quick and easy. My main three toons and of course Kera is my name on the forum here.
