My 5-man run top-5 pets (BM version)

Ok, so been re-evaluating what pets to bring for 5-mans, and here's my list that I've settled on, in no particular order:

Corehound for Hero
Silithid for Fort
Devilsaur for Crit
Spirit Beast for Str/Agi
Turtle for when ya need an OT

What's missing?...
Shale spider.. see a lot of paladins, and I'm just not in love with shake spiders, but I suppose jadefang could replace the turtle
Windserpent/dragonhawk.. quite often only one caster, don't want to buff just one class
any pet that debuffs the target.. stuff generally dies fast enough that debuffing the target is much less a priority than buffing the players
Ravager.. still not certain they are fixed, and not sure they benefit a BM hunter much

My five are...

Spirit Beast - Str/Agi, and I adore my Gondria, Loque, Skoll, and Karoma.
Devilsaur - Crit, and my Krush is blindingly awesome.
Raptor - Sunder, and Takk was hilarous to hunt and complements Zi's coloring.
Chimaera - AoE/Slow, and Razza has a deadly grace in addition to a blue/white combo that I like.
Scorpid - My tank, and much-beloved blue Madexx. Has saved lives in heroics!

I definitely have sentimental & cosmetic reasons for my lineup as well as buffs. I just can't drag along a pet that I don't click with simply for the sake of a buff.

1. Korla, my Karoma. Her buff is great, and she's such a beautiful creature.
2. Wraith, my Olm. His Snatch skill is very useful and can really help the tank out.
3. Pyrros, my Terrorpene. He's a killer tank and can easily off-tank mobs.
I... just use those top three. However, I used to use Tinder, my springpaw stalker, until I realized that Korla was just as good. ^.^;;

1: Tank - "SUPERMACHOLO" - for tanking anything at all and general awesomeness

3: Utility - nameless - For speed & slows

4: Horn Tosser - "ThisIsSparta" - For tossing hordes into cliffs.

I Simply use this "kit" in PvP ánd PvE, im comfterable with it.

I change my lineup quite often to use whichever pet suits my mood on a particular day, but my common ones are probably:

Azzam


Astaroth


Naraku


Random

For if I'm about to go into a heroic, and I don't know what the party is going to have ahead of time (AKA a PUG), then I take the following:

Suzanoo (Core Hound) for the Heroism
Bandersnitch (Silithid) for the Fortitude
Fangedlime (Devilsaur) for the crit buff
Cheshire (Spirit Beast) for the str/dex buff
Grinch (Ravager) for the +4% physical.

Of everything, those five are the ones most likely to be missing (because of limited people to bring it) and the most likely to be needed. I've found myself bringing others along for various reasons, but those five are my main lineup if I'm PUGging and don't have the chance to swap out.

Katla (Terrorpene) for the solofarming waiting for DF.
Zeus (Skoll) for single target damage
Tremor (black worm) for aoe Damage if the tank don't use CC.
Arktos (white Core Hound) for Heroism
Jadeherz (Jadefang) for buff (very rare occasion)

I usually only run with 3 pets....

Jadefang- Tank
Krush- DPS
Skoll/Death Howl/Ghostsaber/Arcturis/Loque/Karoma- RP pets or pets I really really feel like having out with me

Barret-terropene turtle (my ohshitwereallgoingtodie!! pet)
Nanaki-Red hyena (my partner in crime)
random (what ever I feel like brringinf for a change)
random (situational pet-if guild/random run)

Er? Since when? As far as I know, none of the buffs stack with the player ones. The warlock one doesn't stack with the Boomkin one and vice versa, so the Fire Breath/Lightning Breath attacks wouldn't stack either.

Aww thanks , i love the name too And after i made the name up, i have begun to call RL snowleopards for Müsli It such a special name to me, and even if wow dies out, that name will remain with me.

Er? Since when? As far as I know, none of the buffs stack with the player ones. The warlock one doesn't stack with the Boomkin one and vice versa, so the Fire Breath/Lightning Breath attacks wouldn't stack either.

It does Everytime i bring Blomst with me and there are a lock in the party, the buff has stacked

Terrorpene-Kindle off tanks like a pro. for soloing or when the tank sucks

last slot isnt typically reserved for anyone..can either be a spirit beast skoll(thundercat) for getting heals on some soloing content.. or a chimaera because i love to spam their breath,,, its a very pretty vomit of purple and blue,, shiny shiny
