Yay for me!

I finally tamed Pogeyan. I'm leveling a dwarf hunter whos currently 45. I have been making due with Ashtail for now but then i realised..i want the cat buff dammit! I looked through the cats and Pogeyan looked by far and away the best in my level range.

I added him to NpcScan, then went to STV and i waited for 40 mins. After that i thought i'd go and do some Archeology in the Cape of Stranglethron. Spend about 30 mins doing that then i thought i'd ride over to Pogeyan's spawn again and first thing i heard was NpcScan blaring a massive alarm!

I dismissed my glitched pet, The Lone Hunter (i dont really care, i can always glitch him again. he's really easy to do). Then i went in for the tame. He looks AMAZING. Hes the shinest pet iv'e ever seen so he always has this shine going down his back. It looks like fire which makes sense since hes the troll god of fire Heres a pic

Grats- and LMAO! I just got Pog the other day on my little orc hunter and I named him Blaze! My hunter's name is Durgra (of Korgath) if you want proof - too funny! It's a very fitting name for such a pretty kitty, don't you think?

I have a matching pair of him on one hunter. I got my first one, precious Kimora and was very happy with her. Then I was running past the next day for another quest and there he was again. So I looked around for a hunter who wanted him and got nothing. So I now have a male and female pair. Granted, just after I tamed the second, I thought I'd check the other's and the other two were up as well. So I tamed them.

But Kimora is my favourite pet on that hunter. I think she'll be the cat always at her side. Except when her mate goes for a run.

Wow, well i was really stuck on a name as i didnt really like "Pogeyan". Normally i agree with Blizzard and name my pets after their names. Skoll is Skoll, Gondria is Gondria and so on, but i dont like Pogeyan at all.

I was mulling over in my head what to call him. I settled on Blaze because hes the god of fire and i hate those pets with "names" that are just 2 words put together. "omgipwnyou" "petpet" "Imacat" ect. ect.

I nabbed the gorilla and the croc just minutes in between of each other, but when I came to Pogeyan, I sat there atleast two hours waiting for him. Got the full set in the end, and damn that cat is gorgous. I have problems naming them though, since I want them to have japanese names of fire, water and earth.

Shiny cat is shiny! Also, I am thrilled to see someone using pretty-shiny rares besides yet another geared-to-the-teeth, demigod max-level hunter. And a dwarf to boot!

Grats on your awesome kitty that manages to walk the line between common elegance and rare flair! (I still don't want a cat, but these shiny ones are sloooowly eroding my h8.)
