Why don't you just... tame pets that you really like?

I mean, if you want a theme or whatever that's great, and I fully agree that some pets just "suit" the character (or vice versa), but there's nothing wrong with taming skins that you, as an individual, just find really striking or sweet or happen to click with

Personally that's what I'd do. Don't plan any tames (and don't stalk Petopia for skins), but as you level, if you happen to see a beast that catches your eye... I think it'd be fun to have a spur-of-the-moment stable.

Go on a massive taming spree and see who fits and who doesn't. Randomness can be a hoot!

On my low lv hunter alts, I dont plan themes but somehow ones start to emerge. Like on Vincentt, mt worgen hunter, I wanted the stormcrow from Howling Fjord and somehow that ended up starting all all black pet theme or him, from bird to fox to boar.

Just try taming different pets and see what happens

Oh that is pretty...with all the diff names..maybe alter them a bit to sound trollish... That'd be gorgeous...but hmm - I'm not sure about trollish language or how to do that

Get on your Troll and have your friend get on a toon that isn't a Troll, then go to language drop down (where all the e-mote and macro options are, above the chat box thing). Choose the Troll language and start typing to your friend the names you want for your pets. Have them type them back in Common. There you go, have fun

Here, Here! I'll probably try that lol I would like names like Garnet, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, etc and kinda trollish pets.. Atm I'm thinking of possibly going for either a brown starter lynx such as on the starter troll isles OR the Death Ravager(I think? The blue one?) But he'd be a hoot and a half to get too >< - my only problem is I have like one good friend on the server I'm playing with and I cant exactly ask a stranger to help me not everyone is a Petopia person

OR! OR! Another idea I've had for the longest time, name pets after Petopians. Just for giggles. Veph could be a purple warp stalker, Ryno could be a...rhino, Kalli a brown tarantula...And...I dunno, a white kitty or lynx model for me...

Alright, now that I'm home, I can actually see your toon! I would recommend Rak'shiri, when you're high enough of a level. I could see the blue and white going VERY well with your toon. I also recommend Ghamoo'ra (sp?) from Blackfathom Depths as a possible tank pet. Any of the troll gods, of course.

Also I believe that Hell Hoot would go well with your toon also, if you like birds.

I was thinking of Rak tbh I think hes pretty and possibly...several other..cats - I was however thinking more maybe a croc for a tank pet, Idk never really used one. I use pet emote, do they have emotes? Hellhoot is pretty too and so is Olm, I like the Evolcharr too...
