I swear, Madexx is my therapist. O_o (Update: Red!)

Oh my god, I still can't believe this happened to me. I shouldn't have flown around while waiting on dailies to reset, but I'm wide awake and can't get back to sleep at all.

I found Madexx again, and at first, I thought he was bronze, so I swooped in lower to target him so I could wave, since I do that to tamable rares I already have/don't want, but then I noticed...

He wasn't bronze. He was in his black carapace this time. O_O

The only other hunter in Uldum wasn't high enough to tame him, and I didn't want him to be killed so I swooped in and grabbed him. I'm fond of all five of his colors, and secretly, though I'm happy having blue and bronze, I've been hoping he'd show up again in black or green. Reason for the odd title is because I've been having a really horrible morning due to personal things I'm not in liberty of talking about, and Madexx happens to be up /again/ when I'm feeling horrible like this. The first time was when I got Fallout, my bronze.

I named the black one Sulik, after my absolute favorite companion from Fallout 2. Call me crazy, but I swear this scorpid is watching out for me, and for that, I love him.

Don't worry, I still have room for Hawkbane because there's two pets I have that I'm willing to part with.

I've already put together a matching outfit for him, too. I didn't want to copy Veph's outfit she uses to match her own black Madexx so I used something different..

Updating this thread so I don't spam the board by making a new one.

Friday ended up being bad for me this past weekend, but there was no visit from Madexx. Luckily, Saturday was much better since it was my boyfriend's birthday, then this morning, my best friend informs me that red had shown up Saturday morning, but I'd been asleep when he did so she snagged him. She felt bad since I'm trying to get all five (thanks to Sulik in helping me come to that choice), but I told her it was okay and that I'm really happy for her, the blue she has won't be so lonely now. ^_^

We were talking about her calling me to get my sorry butt out of bed if green or red were to spawn that early in the morning again, so I gave her my cellphone number, and when she had to go, I hearthed back to Uldum and did a sweep of the Sekhet Wastes, turning up nothing, before getting off for a bit to play Pokemon Black.

When I got back on a little bit ago, I did a sweep since Toph was in Uldum still, and I either saw a hunter's pet or a druid on my minimap, dunno which, but my thought was 'Nah, there's no way he'll be out during peak hours.' I made my turn near the vehicles for the 'Fire From the Sky' daily to start heading back to Ramkahen, mousing over the dots all the while, and my eyes widen when I see Madexx's name come up.

I swear, if my wyvern had breaks, they would've screeched loud from how quickly I stopped. I looked down...

HOLY CRAP GREEN AND NOBODY'S IN SIGHT!!! O______O

It took me a minute to remember that I had Tame Beast on my secondary bar from back when I'd tamed Chromaggus before and I was in too much of a hurry to remember to set a trap down. And Chromaggus aside, these were the longest few seconds of my life, but nothing went wrong, thankfully.

Keeping with my Fallout theme amongst my Madexxes (Antares excepting), I named the green Arroyo, after the player character's hometown in Fallout 2.

Four down, all I need now is red.

Edit: I've decided to keep the second black Madexx, and she's been renamed. I did a lot of thinking and realized that I actually don't really want the red as much as I wanted the other four and Madexx knew that. I don't really feel a sense of attachment to the red even though it represents my favorite dragonflight, and I only really wanted it for a sense of completion. I'll probably still tame the red if I ever run across it since I have one extra slot left because I still like it, but I'm happy with having four out of the five colors.

As of now, Toph has twin black Madexxes. >_> I couldn't find anyone to tame the poor thing!

No hunters were in Uldum besides me Horde-side, tried Alliance-side, the only person to show interest wasn't very smart at all (tried inviting me to a group after I told them my main was Horde-side *sighs*) plus they never showed up. Switched back and tried getting a hold of them again and they never answered, switched back and went to check on Madexx again before switching back yet again since I'd seen two other hunters in Uldum Alliance-side... and none of them were there anymore. *headdesks multiple times* >_< I'm really fond of the black Madexx and I didn't want anybody killing her, but if I ever run across red, Moira will end up molting unless I become attached to her in her current form. If that happens, I'll end up changing her name to Kurisu, after Sulik's sister from Fallout 2.

I'm just really, really surprised this Madexx survived as long as she did with all the alt hopping I was doing trying to find a home for her. Either Shadow Council doesn't know or care about the Cata rares or my main server really is that awesome and lucky.
