I'm probably not the first one to name this unique wolf Excalibur!

Re: The Lone Hunter with his toy
he aggros you anyway, no?
I just walked up to him and he jumped up and started attacking me.
I started taming, and then spammed my macro near the end of the tame.
Still has ghost-look, still has pointy sharp ouchy thing stuck in head (and his name is ClumsyPuppy).
I had WAY more trouble with the ghostpaws in Ashenvale.. they just wouldn't turn ghostly until a bit of damage was cause, and even looking at 'em sideways, I'd one-shot them with my 80.
I ended up following one around until it started attacking an elk (or whatever those are), and soon as it ghosted, I killed the elk, and tamed the woof.
It's such a crying shame that he loses that ghost look when he dies.

A bit of palindromic wisdom:
"Step on no pets!"
Casual player.. don't raid, don't PvP. Suffer from extreme altitis
I love pets - combat or non.

Although pretty ironic that the last thing you want to do is dislodge the sword!Vephriel wrote:I just have to say, that is a terrific and amazingly perfect name for him!Ultimatron wrote:I'm probably not the first one to name this unique wolf Excalibur!

Cute doesn't need an explanation.

No. it SKIPS the cleaning process, its not a cleaning process itself, but grats on your tameTuls wrote:From reading that post it sounds like letting the pet die will cause the appearance "buff" to go away. For instance if you tame the wolf with the sword in his noggin, letting him die then rezing him will cause the sword to be gone, is that correct?
