He most definitely looks like a Jafar, though the obvious choice would have been a serpent!

Teehee, I know. I was like...well, Jafar would be more befitting a serpent, but I can't stop thinking about the name for this bird. That and there's not really any gothic/dead looking serpents so I think this guy will be keeping his name.

Zazu wasnt a parrot I dont think .. he was a hornbill or something similar .. if you mean the Simba's babysitter

Iago is Jafar's parrot. Zazu is a hornbill from Lion King--he was the king's major domo.
Edit: Adding in Yzma's friend she made from the Pet Challenge--Hopper the plague-ridden ravager.
