Oh how sad. I just went outside to find that my neighbor's parrot just got out of its cage and flew away.
They found it on top of a tall tree crying "Mama" before it flew off somewhere. I hope they can find it.

They most likely had it's leg tagged so if someone finds the poor thing they can get him back home
