Just tamed Olm the Wise AND LOQUE'NAHAK...yayyy

I was never interested with him in the past, but today I saw a pic of the new skin and decided to find this flying beauty...after 1-2 hours of "camping" (I was also offline for an hour) I found him, really easy.
Just love the sounds he does when he's fighting (like all birds of prey)

Edit: Luck is on my side today: I went to look after Loque and...found him at the nearest spawn point to Borean Tundra!
I jumped off my proto-drake for the tame and..."creature not tameable"!! First second of panic, then I realize that I'm with SV spec! Quick change, tame and yes, no problems at all. Now I go to see if I find Gondria or Articuris.

Gratz!! I to have this beautiful spectral owl, and love him. You got lucky on finding him so fast, it took me close to 5hrs of camping if I remember correctly.

Just one thing: The trick option doesn't really work I think, is that "big birds may not interested" thing?

Yeah, only certain bird base models work for the "Trick" ability. Bigger bird models dont do it, but smaller ones like seagulls do flips on command.

Though I am note sure if ther is a list somewhere on the forums that tells which birds do tricks and which dont.

The eagles, undead hawk, and seagull do the tricks. The old owls and parrots don't. Something to do with being based on the owl skeleton vs the druid flight skeleton.

Congrats I have both pets in my stable also very nice. Olm was up with no camping when I got him but Loque'Nahak took me a day of casual searching while questing in sholazar.

I just dont think they do the flip is.. becuase they are polite and well mannered the others.. well they enjoy you flipping others the bird.
