New Starts

Since I've moved sever I've deiced this could be my fresh start. A way to mend my wayward ways and I hope this long story makes up for my pass deeds.

Since I go into Northrend(I will find you TLPD) a lot I've been slowly been working on my Frostbitten achievement. After downing Old Crystalbark I made my way to Storm Peaks, like I always do. Yesterday I ran into Vyragosa and when I checked the zone I had just missed Dirkee. So off I went looking and 'DUUUNNN' Dirkee was up. Score, I needed to down him anyways. Making quick work of him I continued my TLPD route, passing by Bor's Breath again to look down and...SKOLL! This blue wolf is following me. I swear it. ><; He must have spawned when I downed Dirkee because he wasn't there before!

Well today would not be like last time! I started to look up hunters and it didn't take me very long to find someone. I whispered him saying Skoll was up and asked if he knew someone who wanted him or if he wanted him. Not even 10 seconds later I get the reply 'I WILL COME OVER!' I thought it was cute.

So while he was coming over we were talking and he had mentioned that the day he found Jadefang and the quest wasn't up. I had been over in Deeplome earlier with no luck of rehoming the spider so I told him 'I have the quest, after you get Skoll let's go get Jadefang if she's still up.' The Skoll tame went off without a hitch and we headed over to Deeplome. Thanks to me keeping the quests, the hunter got Jadefang as well. He couldn't be happier. We talked a bit and I told him if I found any more rares he'd be the first one I called over.

Since I didn't finish my rare spawn route in Northrend I headed back up, only this time looking in Sholazar. On my second location there was Loque, looking pretty. Well I messaged my new hunter buddy again and called him over. Who doesn't want Loque? We talked some more and he told me he had just gotten a blue Madexx himself, after seeing mine. More talking and he gets over, starts to tame but something is wrong. Loque's taking damage..Oh no! The hunter still had Jadefang up! It took him a moment to realize this so he ran around a tree and dismissed his pet, turn around to Loque again and the kitty fell over dead...Auto-shot had gone off! The poor hunter was kicking himself and I told him the second I find Loque again he'll be the first to know. We parted ways for the second time as he had to go AFK for 10 minutes, I headed back to Org.

Even I was feeling bummed over the Loque tame. It was just bad luck. So I popped on this site to check out the taming stories, they make me feel better. After a few stories I stopped and randomly though 'I'll go check for Kamora.' even after I told the hunter he'd be on his own for her, since to get mine it took 18 hours to get. I was not expecting to find her. I passed over two of the spawn locations with nothing and just has I'm heading out of range for the Crucible spawn point, I see a red dot pop up on my map. That wasn't there a second ago so I spun around even though none of my scanners went off, there was Karoma. Smiling, I whispered the same hunter for the third time.
"Are you back?'
"yea
was about to head out, sup?"
"Come over to Twilight Highlands"
"omw"
"Have a pet space.
Because Karoma is walking right infront of me"
Making sure his pet was dismissed this time, he came over and tame the wolf. I think this hunter was almost crying because I had helped him get 3 rares this morning, and I had promised when I found Loque again I'd get him over. He had mentioned before after the failed Loque that this was way too much generosity from a random stranger and said if he'd make me an epic tailor'd item for free if I needed it. I laughed and said I didn't need anything, helping him was all I needed.

TL;DR found Skoll and had him tamed, helped same hunter get to Jadefang, mishap with Loque and he died, found Karoma and had same said hunter tame her.

It's been a good morning.
