Hmm I think he is saying "great thanks" and "Ill check it out" just shortened version of check

the problem with computers and messaging, we have now stopped typing full words and shorten the heck out of them lol

I absolutely cant stand "text" speak where there isnt like...some dire situation where I really dont have time to type out my words correctly. I think the most I use is "Kk" and "OMG" when responding to really fast whisper if Im fighting. I remember reading a report online where *Highschool* teachers were very upset that a number of their students were actually handing in written / typed essays that were done in "text" speech. Am I the only one that thinks that is absolutely appalling? >.> Spelling is one thing, I know I miss-spell alot of word. Heck as I am typing this little red lines are popping up. I know we all say "LoL" and what not as well...but when kids are actually handing in homework at school with this stuff written onto their work, I find that to be a rather big issue.

So whenever I see someone using text speech in WoW when they could have easily typed so otherwise...specially if they are telling me off, I just cringe all the more. Its like nails on a chalk board. =P

Like I said, site thing messed up on me for some reason...said my post didnt go through, had to re-send it...then for some reason it got re-sent as a quote even though my original post came through? Hell I dont even know. Heh.
