I don't know about a skeltal protodrake mount, but I'd love to see an archeology-based Frostwyrm or Emberwyrm -- something to dig out of the ground in Icecrown or Dragonblight. Besides, I'd love to have a skeltal dragon of any kind available that you didn't have to get next-to-impossible to PuG achievements for.

I think as I've said before a proto would suit archeology more than a normal one. There basicly dragon dinos alot old than any "normal" one. Still could not hurt to have BOTH

Well Xella it would look better than the DK mount and that has no flesh on its wings.

EXACTLY. I spent the money on the DK mount for my DK, and I just... I can't ride it. On the ground it's fine, but I can't get my head to get over how terrible it looks flying.

I'm not really sure what it is—I don't have any issues with the engineering mounts, the terribly-balanced regular drakes, the magic carpets, Mimi's head... all the mounts that wouldn't possibly be able to fly without Magic™... but as soon as I see the bones flapping I go "there's absolutely nothing there to provide lift, what the [expletive] does it think it's doing?" and it just bothers me so much I end up forgetting what I was flying off to do in the first place :\

Well 99% of the stuff that happens in wow would never work in real life so I'd so get it if I could.

Personally, I think they need to add another Gyrocopter. Preferably one that looks slightly more like the ones from WC3.

No, I think it should be kept a little more limited. A relatively rare drop recipe from a raid boss or something would be ideal.
