((The Continuation.))

Molly, Arachne and I went on up to the Northridge Lumber Mill. We were told we had to scare some spiders. I had to borrow their horse, because Molly was scared of them.

Once we scared the spiders, Arachne and I had to kill some rabid foxes. Thankfully, they looked nothing like Shadwyn. We killed our foxes and then were told to kill a bunch of gnolls. Ugh. Gnolls. I never wanted to see the things again. We also had to steal their weapons and steal back the wood they stole.

Mr. Dumah was frustrated when the spiders didn't flee, so he told me it meant WAR. (Wild Arachnid Roundup.) He put me on another horse, and we herded the spiders to the mill. I scared them over to the troops, who slaughtered the spiders. Left the little things a message! Arachne was freaked out by the horses, so she had hid and didn't see the massive spider massacre. I'm glad.

Mr. Dumah told me this man named Fordring wanted to see me, so I went down to Hearthglen. Before that, though, I was ordered to help some trainees train. We kind of crushed their ego. Tore them to bits without much second thought. They seemed extremely heartbroken when I took them out. Then again, I probably have more combat experience. Have they ever faced an onslaught of murlocs? Or battled a black dragon? Took down two different Lichs? I don't think so.

Apparently, Mr. Fordring was a -very- powerful man. After paying him my respects, I had to kill a really big spider. Turns out the men weren't too disturbed that I was killing a spider with my own spider, since they thanked me quite profusively when I finished. Okay then.

Next up, we had to kill gnolls. Molly, Arachne and I went on our way down there. There seemed to be some conflict, and it looked like nasty results for both fighters there.

We found a few more gnolls we had to kill, and oddly enough, they had necromatic capabilties! It was really strange, and the night elf who sent me down there told me there were some stolen supplies. So I went to ask some questions, and one name came up several times. Bisp. So I went with Arachne to ask him a few questions.

Apparently, he was guilty, because he started attacking! Defending ourselves, we killed Bisp. Unfortunately, that's not a good thing to do. Go figure. So Arachne and I did what we could, returning to Mr. Fordring to tell him what we did. He was aware of what I did, and he sounded really, really mad. And then he congratulated me for killing the traitor! He scared me! Arachne was ready to sink her fangs into him and kill him before he killed us!

He asked us to return to Mender's Stead to speak with them, so I asked for a hippogryph and we flew down. (I prefer a wyvern over a hippogryph, and a gryphon over a wyvern.) We were told to collect certain objects for Mr. Gahrron, as well as bring back a sample of its cauldron.

He seemed very sad to see the things, and I felt bad for him. I knew what it was like to lose people you loved. Seventeen. Sparky. All gone. Never coming back. Nevertheless, we had to other business to take care of, and Cultists to deal with.

Zen'kiki came too, but he kept getting lost. ((Too slow! Lost him three or four times.)) We finally made it, and killed the Cultist Leader Lady. Once she was dead, we found out we had more to kill, so we decided to go do that. We also freed bears and allowed Zen'kiki to heal them. There were huge ooze things to kill too, and they oozed all over. Ew! I was quite glad to be quick to kill them.

And then there were these things, they were huge! And scary!

We killed what we needed to kill, and then went returned to the Stead. Finally, we returned to Andorhal to finish what we started. The Forsaken were coming.

We entered the combat, cutting a swath into the forces. We slaughtered their troops and war captains equally, if they bore the Forsaken banner, we killed them.

We hunted for the troops, but they were already pretty scarce. We had done well enough. I'll admit, I did get too close and paid the price. Barely escaped with my life. The battle seemed to well, even if the troops had some issues fighting. A few died. I was scouting out to look for survivors when there was a harsh call.

Suddenly, creatures appeared from the sky. Winged beings that swooped down upon us. They brought the dead back. I got together with my farmers from earlier, and we struggled to turn the tide. They died, one by one, and turned upon Arachne and I. We managed to hold them off, barely, and went after the leader of the Val'kyr, as Thassarian called them. Aradne.

We went in, and Arachne and I took her out. She cried out, but it didn't matter. There were too many. We had lost Andorhal once more. We beat a hasty retreat to Chillwind, though Thassarian stayed to find and help Koltira, hearing something had happened to his brother.

I decided it best to head out to Eastern Plaguelands and find that caravn. Molly, Arachne and I headed out when I heard something. Molly screeched, rearing as bolts of energy flew out of the woods. We heard voices, and Arachne charged as cultists streamed out of the trees, coming for us. Tired, Arachne and I hung in there as best as we could. We made a break for it, running as fast as we could. I'm not sure if we'll make it out of this one. I hear more voices, a howl of some sorts, and something el-

The handwriting suddenly drops off, a few scratchy lines. There's several blood stains on the rest of this paper.

---

Dear Journal,

Through luck and aid, I survived the attack. My rescuers were Fiona, the worgen I was looking for, and a few of her allies. I woke up a few days later to find her tending to my wounds. I couldn't see Arachne anywhere, and I asked if the worgen had seen her. She shook her head sadly, telling me that she hadn't. She had heard the spider cry out in rage, trying to defend me. The Cultists fled, but in the aftermath, Arachne was gone. I'm afraid for her, did the Cult take her?

I'm too weak to look for her. Too weak and alone.

---

Dear Journal,

I found her. Arachne.

The Cult had her, and they...did things to her. Adminstered the same corrupting plague that the other wildlife suffered from. She tried to kill me. She screamed in fury and attacked me. As if she remember how I failed to save her. What have I done? I should've rescued her. I should've let the Cult take me instead, that's who they wanted, not Arachne. The poor spider.

I...I had to put her out of her misery.

The rest of this page is blank, albeit spotty, as if something had gotten it wet.

----

Dear Journal,

I traveled with Fiona for a few days. While exploring, we found a young rune dog that had its paw harmed by the wheels. She looked helpless, and I couldn't bear to leave her to die. I poured healing energy that the druids taught me and fixed her up. I'm going to call her Lillith, she seems eager enough to stay with me and keep me safe.

I can't let anymore of my friends die or get hurt. I just can't stand the thought of it. They're family. I won't let family die. I won't let anyone else fall. Just like that brother and sister, Crow and Aralos. They stuck together through death, and I'll stick with them no matter what.

((Phew! HUGE FotTC clan reference here, I mean, come on. Also fits WoW lore, they did corrupt most of the wildlife and whatnot. Also, Andorhal was bugged as hell, so I just skipped it and went to EPL. Luckily, I've done it on my lock so I know more or less what happened.))

Wooow. What an update. Molly reference, whee!

Solaira's having a very hard time recently, isn't she? Having two pets in a row dying right in front of her. The poor girl. :(

Poor Solaira! And poor Arachne! D-:

Yay for the references though. ^.^ The Crow and Aralos reference made me bounce in my chair.

I like Tirion. xD He's practically sadistic, with his sense of, erm, humor. Always knew that guy was cool.

Yeah. I was all, "This would be a great spot for a reference, these spirits are so stubborn to stay on Azer-CROW AND ARALOS."

...I should kill off Lillith too! :D Nah, I think she'll stick with Fiona and crew. And I definitely know what my next pet will be. I never actually set a rule one new pet per zone, so...

Think. What's neat and special in EPL?

BEETLE.

You know who would make a good beetle that's relatively close to Sol....? Do you...? Yesssss.....

I've been waiting for a chance to get Scarab and Soundwave forever. Eventually, I'll grab a spirit beast, that'll probably be Aralos. I want to get a bronze-y devilsaur one day, that'll be Buzzard. And maybe a red raptor for Crow.

Oh wow, poor Sol  I'd be devistated if any of my pets "died". Mind you I haven't got anything set so who knows.
Good work, even if I am a tad lost on the PokéRP stuff ^^;

I've already killed off three. xD

To be explain somewhat, in the Pokemon RP, Solara was my main character. Total opposite, this Sol is rather nice. The other Sol was a vicious creature. Aralos and Crow, one of the large references in this section, are ghosts of two chars, mine (Sol) and Lupis', a specially evolved charizard named Buzzard. (Crow.)

Scarab was a leader of this large, deadly faction called the Dusk, Sol and Buzzard were champions, hence why Scarab would be a neat fit.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it. It really is fun to write this stuff.

Everytime I read Anzu, I think Azu.

Please don't wave your staff in my face. ):

Especially because that's what she said. (*facepalms.*)

((Alright. Let's keep it moving.))

Dear Journal,

Lillith and I spent several days resting and traveling with Fiona. I went back to the Culist Camps when I was stronger and did several hit-and-run missions. Got in, wreaked havoc, got out. Tarenar and Gidwin, two paladins who travel with Fiona as well would sometimes help me.

Then, one day they ran. At night, they packed up and fled. But not before they left me something. In the dirt, they drew a spider, each of its legs touching where a cluster of tents or cauldrons had been. I scuffed it out and checked out what they had left. I did find a neat rock of some sorts and kept it with me, so it wasn't all a lost.

---

Dear Journal,

Turns out the rock was a dragon egg! They must've been in the process of tainting the dragon inside, because it looked like it was once a red whelp, but now it looked spikier, more feral. Luckily, its mind was more or less intact, and it seemed extremely friendly, able to communicate with me more or less through gestures. I've been teaching him common in our spare time, and he's started to pick it up. He didn't have a name, so he picked one of the words I taught him, Buzzard, for his name. He liked it, and decided to stick around with me instead of finding his kin.

---

Dear Journal,

I woke up to Fiona telling me that Tarenar and Gidwin were lost. So Lillith, Molly, Buzzard and I decided to go find them.

Whoops. Gidwin was trapped in webbing, but he managed to shout through it. So, Lillith, Buzzard and I went to collect -eugh- stomach bile to burn it through. Buzzard helped kill them too, managed little bouts of flame. It didn't hurt them much, but it distracted them so Lillith could sneak from behind and get them.

We got ambushed by three of them, and they tried their hardest to web us, but we managed to avoid the webs and killed them. I don't want to meet one down a dark alley, or cave, without Lillith or Buzzard.

Gidwin and I both agreed it'd be in our best interest to gather some herbs for her store, because we did take a while getting back. So we went about mucking in the river while Gidwin recuperated from his webby adventure.

I looked around and found Tarenar and he and I decided to take care of some zombies. So, off we were!

He headed back, but said it was probably a good idea to get some Plaguehound Blood. Not sure why she'd want that, but oh well. Tarenar and Gidwin were fighting again, and Tarenar started teasing Giddy. They were discussing their childhood, and they were called, I kid you not, "The Paladin Pals".

We stopped at the next tower, so the horses could rest. Gidwin was ready to go, but I wanted to explore a bit anyways, and Tarenar wanted to find more company. We eventually did meet Mr. Argus Highbeacon, who said he'd come if we took care of some plaguebats. Another man wanted us to find his child, and another wanted us to kill some undead. Lillith is tired, and Buzzard looked ready to drop, so we're going to rest for a while.
