Lysender CANNOT heal. xD He's feral at the moment... He can heal perhaps a tenth of his health with his entire mana bar. x.x Though I don't think he has Nurturing Instinct, which makes a big difference.

Sometimes cross-spec things make sense, actually. Aimed Shot, for example... Well, it might not be AS powerful as an MM hunter's Aimed Shot, but any hunter can aim carefully for a powerful shot. A non-MM hunter's Aimed Shot might take longer to cast and wouldn't be quite as accurate, though, because you're not trained in aim.

Honestly, my rule goes down to, "Does it make sense?".

Of course, I'm also really not a rule-centered person. xD

Feral druids *can* heal, it's just not for much, and yes, it will chew up their mana pretty badly. They have the ability, it's just up to your playstyle on whether they do or not (ie a savagekin or druid opposed to "magic"). Saying they can't at all, imo, is wrong.

And, to me, the "does it make sense" thing can be used to make almost any spell your toon is capable of using in any given spec work. For example, all an explosive shot is is essentially a grenade like device attached to the arrow that explodes on impact--any hunter could realistically make that. It's also not that hard to say that hunters could re-lace their serpent sting poison to work like wyvern sting either.

Anyway, it was just a little nitpick on my part. Feel free to use whatever spells you want in combat. Crossing over has been allowed, and like I said, my say means little. I, personally, prefer to have my characters use whatever their spec is given. It's just a personal preference and I won't mention anything else about crossover spells again.

Attach a grenade to an arrow? Sure, that won't take much study. But knowing how to adjust your aim for the extra weight of the arrow so it hits it's target? How to prepare the explosives without them going off in your face? How to make sure the mechanism triggers upon impact? That's how I see talent specs working in a RP sense. They represent an expertese, a finesse. It's like the difference between a clasically trained pianist and some guy who knows how to play Chopsticks with his knuckles. Sure, both are playing a piano, but one with far greater skill than the other.

Uh, regardless, I think this argument is quickly loosing ground and turning a little passive-agressive. :S

I would actually like to reiterate that my point was more directed at how we're handling dual specs. I worded it poorly and I apologize for that. But if we're pulling crossover abilities from dual speccing, which is what was brought up, then theoretically Rose is just as capable of using explosive shot in BM spec as she is in SV since she's dual specced SV/BM.

To me, that's OP, however, it's been approved and I'll keep my mouth shut from here on out about how others want to play.

B: I had that issue with Willowe; I just made it so that she was too scared to enter Burning Steppes so maybe they were too scared/drunk/tired or something to fight.

A: Welcome Back!
B: It would make for an interesting rescue mission I suppose. Another idea is that they were knocked out when the fight began and only just started to wake up.
C: Essentially, the group was attacked by a raiding band of blackrock orcs as soon as they stepped into the Burning Steppes. Although they managed to defeat them, most of them were gravely hurt by the attack. Also, the singular stray black drake survived the attack, and seems to have attached itself to Kozri.
On the other side of things, Decay got a little too close to the cultist camp and was attacked. One of the leaders of the cult, Batlek, appears to have been infused with shadow, using a ritual that syphoned the distilled energy from shadow-infused beasts. Zaruuk heard the fight and attempted to help, only to get pretty injured. Decay got captured.
D: I'd offer Lesari or Jraak, but I'm nto sure either of them could really corrupt in any sense.

By curropt, I mean just convincing kasmus that the earthmother abadoned him, give him a sense to give revenge agasint it, sense I think im having a hrd time relating him to his relationship to the earth mother, and sense well deathwings kinda destorying azeroth which is the earth mother
and hes allied with the cult, I was thinking maybe someone could tell him that
Its okay if you cant do that, I can just roleplay out a random cultist

Well, that's just it. Jraak is pretty clueless about tauren culture, I don't think he could relate in any real way. He knows only loyalty to his flock. All he'd do for Kasmus is say that he shouldn't worry about such things and keep his mind on the needs of the flock, the cultists. If that could help, sure, go for it.
Lesari just plum doesn't care. Again, if insulting indifference would help out, I'll volunteer her once she's back at the main camp.

Question: I was thinking of throwing a bit of reference to Arbennig's experimentation effects into the story. Like he can change his color to that of one of the five main dragonflights and use a lesser version of that flight's breath attack/power.

If this sounds too OP I'll scrap the idea.

Right, so, anyway. What will Indi do now? Get captured too?

Blargh. Sorry for not posting again yesterday, had a little stress freak out. >.> I'm good now! Stupid school.

Arbenning's color changing/breath power thing sounds fine to me - just keep his breaths in control, no crazy power. I've RPd with you before, though, and you're good about that.

I'll make Bat, Faron and Tir do something now. >.>
