Until today i never even heard of this tenticle assult thing. I just assumed it was a fun picture she drew in her offtime. however, i see what you are saying and understand that a bigger issue could have come from this as Vulpixen stated, i don't believe debates shoudl happen over somethign someone draws, but yeah, I guess it's better to be safe then sorry
