The guard was well into his 10th ale when he heard Decay's suggestion. "Now That...hic...ish a..hic...fine suggeshion!" the dwarf exclaimed. He dropped down from his chair, trying to draw his weapon, but fell over, unconscious, instead.

Myri managed to roll her eyes at Tenrav, but still kept her eyes on the blood elf, waiting for him to pull something.

Talonaris and Faron, Kharanos

Talon ignored Zaruuk's jab. "While briefly visiting the Clan, I took some time to discuss how they created their elementally infused Cultists. Did you notice them? Stronger than normal, odd appearance? No matter. They are much like typical elementals once they're strong enough. It's possible to drain them, but simply attacking them with an element opposing their own works quite well."
He didn't mention that the infused cultists would explode. Not like beasts exploded, either - it would be quite impressive.

Faron glanced up at Indi. "He's behind all the work with elemental beasts. As much as he's an arrogant ass, he's also the best source of information you'll find."

Decay - Inn

Decay listened at the last bit. Interesting. Regardless, the elf definitely couldn't be trusted.

Zaruuk - Kharanos

That seemed more than plausible, Zaruuk had to admit. Regular elementals worked the same way, why shouldn't elementally infused people? He almost felt a little stupid for not noticing the connection earlier. Not like they'd really encountered many of these infused cultists. Still, he couldn't help but feel that there had to be something more to this, though.
"What is the catch?" He asked the blood elf, thumbing one of his tentacles as he thought. "And how does one go about draining someone of this power?"

Magna - Dun Morogh

The World Destroyer huffed as Karzix left. It stared at Talon instead, growing wary.

Arbennig began to drool lava as he growled.

Magna didn't know what to think. The elf seemed truthful but with his friends being uneasy, Magna found it hard to buy into it.

Talonaris, Kharanos

Talon scoffed again. "Finding people who can cast the correct form of magic is task enough. If you really must find a 'catch', as you call it, well... The infused cultists are much like large infused beasts. More powerful, infused with more magic, but the concept is the same. It shouldn't take long to find a 'catch'."

Zaruuk - Kharanos

The mage did not like the way that Talon was intent on speaking in riddles. Well, at least theyw ere aware there would be something more to it than jsut pelting them with an elemental opposite.
"You did not answer my second question." Zaruuk said matter-of-factly.

Indi looked thoughtful about what Faron had said. The death knight walked over to Decay. "Hey," she said, poking her sister in the shoulder, "would you mind sparring me real quick? I want to make sure I'm prepared for the Cult."

Decay - Inn

"Hmm?", the death knight responded with a nod, going towards the door. "Was going to ask you the same, actually, they have a nasty warrior I'd like to beat."

Indi nodded in understanding, following the other death knight. "Aye, she is a rather big pain." As they got outside, she unsheathed Bloodletter. "So, where would you like to do this?"

Decay - Kharanos

"Here should be fine.", Decay said, leading Indi to behind the Inn building. She unsheathed her swords and let a wave of cold spread over herself.

The death knight followed suit with Decay, entering a defensive stance, axe held at the ready.

Decay - Kharanos

With a shrug, Decay initiated combat, leaping after Indi with a quick, disease-filled slash. ((Outbreak))

((Feel free to basically just totally can Indi. I figure she'd need to get her ass kicked pretty bad to revert. ^_^))

Indigosa--Kharanos

Indi braced herself for the blow, hissing slightly as Decay's swords bit into her. She retaliated with her own disease filled strike, attempting to kick out at Decay's knees as well.

Decay - Kharanos

Decay did her best to parry the blow, preventing any critical damage. The blade cut into her regardless, causing Decay to jump back a little. She dodged the kick, and retaliated with a surge, aiming a freezing blow towards Indi's midsection.

Indigosa--Kharanos

Too slow! Too slow! Too slow! Indi berated herself as she tried to dodge the blow, only to be pushed backwards from it. Why was she suddenly so bad at fighting? Growling, she lunged at Decay, whipping a frosty wind at the other death knight.

Decay countered by whipping up a wind of her own.

Myriana and Swift - Kharanos

The hunter listened to the elf's information frowning. As Decay and Indi walked out of the inn, something occurred to her. "What happens an infused cultist dies? Is it similar to what happens when the beasts go?" she asked, thinking of what had happened to Azu. She hoped that wasn't the case, but the elf said himself that they were similar to the infused beasts. The hunter suddenly became very concerned for Decay.

Talonaris, Kharanos

Talon smirked again, absently patting Lyra on the head as the cat stared holes in Azunara. "There's hope for you yet! Yes, it's similar to what happens to the beasts. Though, I'd imagine it would be similar to comparing an infant gnome to a troll berserker."

[Azunara]

Azunara and Kozri
Kharanos

Azunara growled at Lyra, baring her teeth threateningly. "Try me, ugly. I'll tear you up." She snapped. Kozri looked at her, saying quietly, "Azu, you're a ghost. You can't tear much of anything up." Azunara seemed to happily ignore this fact, looking as furious and dangerous as possible, her form flickering and quivering.
