Basic pm question
I replied to a pm and my reply is still is showing still in the outbox. Has my message been sent? It is not showing up in sent box.

If it's in the outbox it means it's been sent but not read yet, if it's in sent it's been read.
I also exist on DeviantArt.

Saturo said it. Outbox means you've sent it but they haven't seen it yet. Otherwise it would get really cluttered!
