Apologies if I'm a little slow to post today. I saw a free trial thing for Rift pop up and decided to give it another try. Now that I'm not trying to view the game as WoW, but as it's own game, I'm having a crapton of fun playing my Chloromancer. >_>

Chloromancer?

I can only think of two things: Chloroform or Chlorine. So in my head, you either have a spell caster that spews pool water, or noxious chemicals that knocks people out.

I can't decided which image is better.

My character is sort of like the culmination of an affliction warlock and a shadow priest, to put it in WoW terms.

I do all kinds of nasty debuffs and DoTs to my enemies while using those abilities, and some direct spells, to heal my allies.

So I'm "main spec" chloromancer with warlock and archon as my 2nd and 3rd trees.

I'm only level 10, but I'm kind of considering canceling my WoW account to possibly take up Rift.

I'm really surprised with how much I'm enjoying it.

Tyger what Realm are you on? I have a level 12 rogue on uh...Alsbeth I think. Not that I have access to rift right now. Saboteurs are totally fun if you decide to play one. So yeah lemme know and you can stalk me or vice versa >_>

I'm on my RL friend's realm, Galena, I think it is. My bf thinks I'm crazy for liking the game, but since I can't afford both Rift and WoW, I'm considering picking up Rift for a while.

But don't worry, I intend to stick around and keep RPing you with you guys here.

I'd try Rift if my computer supported it. >.< I'd try Wine or something else that helped my computer use Windows, but... trying to download it hurt my brain.
