Glix - Dun Morogh

Oh. The arrakoa was here. Glix cringed as she spotted one of her mirror images fizzle out in a flash of lightning. Distracted with looking for Jraak, she failed to see Senisra casting her spell until the bright plume of fire was careening toward her. She pulled her cloak's hood over her face and turned her back, letting the thick fabric take the brunt of the damage. She threw the burning cloak off and it flung it to the snow where it hissed and steamed. Ignoring the pain on the skin that hadn't been adequately protected, she summoned a shield to try and avoid any further damage from the elf ((Mage Ward)). Glix narrowed her eyes at the other mage's small smile as she whipped some snow up from the ground and blasted it at her ((Blizzard)).

Lesari - Camp

Lesari danced back again, shielding her eyes with and arm. Using the snow as cover, she slipped into shadow, fading from sight. There, she waited for the right moment to strike at the human again, when he was the least prepared. ((Shadowmeld))

Jraak - Camp

The arakkoa refused to let the green rat get the best of him again. Another of his flock was helping to distract it though. This was good. He threw up his arm, calling the earth to rumble underneath Glix's feet, ((Earthquake)) before running in to close the distance. It would be all the sweeter to make the rat bleed before it died.

Myriana, Swift, and Senisra- camp

Senisra wasn't a fool. As soon as she saw the little green rat's sheild, she stole it for herself (spell-steal or whatever it's called) and was unaffected by the blizzard. She prepaired another spell and as soon as she could see the Goblin again, she blasted Glix with another attack (pyroblast).

Myri shook her head, trying to regain some sense, but Senisra was keeping an eye on her. The mage grabbed the hunters ponytail and slammed Myri's head back into the ground, stunning the hunter further.

Swift was far enough way from the crazy elf that the polymorph broke and he was returned to a fox. Putting on a burst of speed, he ran towards Kharanos as fast as he could.

Decay followed Azu. "So, how you holding up?",the death knight asked, concerned for the well-being of the newly turned undead.

Cultist Camp

Trying not to panic and ignore his instincts screaming, he managed to slice the roots entangling him. "Myri! Glix!" He shouted, hoping thy could hear him. He snarled, taking the cloak of snow he had given and faded into the shadows. ((Vanish.)) He then sprinted towards where the other combat was, trying to escape his current enemies.

Azunara shrugged, "I'm okay, I suppose. It's neat to be able to go through snow and not be affected by cold and heat and stuff, but I also can't help any of you guys if we get in a fight, and arcane magic hurts a lot. And I suppose Light magic wouldn't feel good either. I'm kind of useless when it comes to defending you guys." She said with a scowl.

''Good that you're not taking it badly, then.'', Decay said. ''Y'know, I might know a few ways for you to fight as a ghost.''

Azunara tilted her head, brightening. "Really?"

Glix - Dun Morogh

Glix gave her shield a panicked look as it shuddered and dissipated. As the snow around the elf lit up with a vibrant orange the goblin began to utter another spell, scrambling to bring up another shield ((Ice Barrier)). Her eyes widened with horror at the sight of the massive fireball roaring out of the cover of the snow, throwing her back as it collided with and shattered the beginnings of her shield. Breathing hard, she got back up and watched with dismay as Swift ran off. With the fox gone, Myri stunned, and Kozri nowhere in sight, the goblin felt a feeling of dread build up in her gut. Gritting her teeth, she launched a ball of fire and frost at the other mage, hoping to at least wipe that sadistic smirk off of her face ((Frostfire Orb)). Her ears flicked up as she caught the sound of a familiar voice. "Kozri?"

Swift - Dun Morogh

The fox was racing back to Kharanos as fast as he could. The snow had started falling some time ago and was getting heavier by the minute. Despite the fox's internal fire, the wind still cut deep, and he was forced to slow his headlong pace.

Myriana and Senisra- camp

The mage turned and took the frostfire orb on the shoulder, but the damage was done. "You little green rat. You are going to wish you never pissed me off." Forgetting all about Swift, the mage uttered a spell, trying to turn Glix into a sheep (polymorph).

Myri lay in the snow unconscious, blood seeping from a wound on the side of her head.

Cultist Camp

Kozri tried very hard to ignore the fact the cold was no getting him, his right hand was practically numb, and he was bleeding all over. He saw the pair fighting some elf and forced his way over, unsheathing one of his daggers with his good left hand and not even bothering to apply venom, lashing out at the elf. ((Backstab.))

((Fun fact: Koz's right hand is the bad one because I'm left handed, thereby biased. I suppose then I could say Koz, like me, is left handed.))

''Know how the banshees fight? It's not all incessant screaming, there's magic at work as well.'', the death knight explained.


Saturo - Cultist Camp

''The broken blade has been reforged!'', the warlock exclaimed triumphantly as she entered the camp, holding up the repaired runesword. She knew full well that nobody cared, but she'd been waiting to use that line the whole trip back to the camp.

"Really? I thought they did it just because they wanted to hurt my ears..." She said, grinning slightly.

Senisra - camp

Senisra had turned back to Myri, about to tie the hunter up when Kozri attacked. The mage gave a groan of fury as Kozri's blade sliced into her. "Seriously? Who's ass did you crawl out of?" She exclaimed. She turned to the rogue, trying to disorient and burn the rogue by flinging a blast of fire at him ((dragon's breath, fire mage version of cone of cold)).

Glix - Dun Morogh

Glix's ears folded back against her skull, pulling on the elf's chosen leyline as she attempted to interrupt the elf's polymorph spell ((Counterspell)). She ignored the Senisra's threat, blowing numbingly cold air at her and following it with a spell that she hoped would freeze the blasted elf solid ((Cone of Cold followed by Deep Freeze)).

''Nah, really!'', Decay said. ''Sure, the wailing hurts, but banshees are excellent spellcasters even without it. I think you could handle that.''

Kozri yowled in pain, recoiling. "In all seriousness, I hatched. Out of an egg," He said dizzily, grinning. "You'll get a real kick out of this." He fired a blast of magic at the mage, and let his human disguise drop, charging forward and snapping his jaws at the mage.

Senisra - camp

Glix's counter-spell had the desired effect - the spell bounced back on the elf, turning her to sheep, only for it to be broken by Kozri's attack. "Shit. You just had to be a dragon didn't you." The mage was injured, but she had had thousands of years to learn to brush off any pain. With another screech of fury, she called down pillars of flame, trying to ignite and disorient both dragon and goblin (Flamestrike).

''The majority of banshees were actually normal elves that died.'', Decay replied. ''Your only problem with magic is probably focus. You always need to be focused.''

Magna sighed. He hoped his friends were ok.

Some vague part of him informed the dragon that he was likely going delirious with blood lost and would fall over soon. The other part of him just cackled maniacally, snarling, "Of course, keeps you idiots on your toes." The majority of the flames washed over his scales, though flames licked and burned his wings as well as irritated his various wounds. At least the extreme heat cauterized them. ((I think that's the proper way to go about heat plus wounds...))

"Okay, so how do I go about and cast a spell? Sort of like how I would do it before, when I was alive?" Azunara asked. "Before, I'd just...sort of focus the moonlight or the trees and stuff around me and sort of make it attack."
