Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
The draenei dismounted from Khaz, glad to have his hooves on solid ground once more. Not that he disliked flying, the flight itself has been rather pleasant once his vertigo had wore off. But those brief few minutes when the world had been lurching forward and while the gryphon had been in the air? Terrifying. He turned back to see Khaz glaring at him. Great, now he had a skeletal chicken angry at him. He made a mental note to ask Indi how to win Khaz's affection. Last thing he needed was a big bony gryphon landing on him to get the full attention of his mistress.
He looked at Indi, taking note of her rather unsettling look for the first time. Damn, the woman could really make herself positively horrifying if she tried. He looked down to himself, realising he should probably to the same. It wouldn't make much sense for the blood-soaked Death Knight to be leading around a rather pristine looking draenei slave.
He threw his hands back and ruffled up his hair, making sure a few strands of it were loose from his braid. He crouched down and grabbed a hand full of dirt, smearing it on his face and clothes. With a wince, he ripped his coat a little at the tail and the sleeves. He would have to fix that up later. He paused, wondering if a few scratches would make this more believable, but decided against it. He did not need to tempt his darker side further here.

Lesari - Teldrassil
Lesari moved out from the supplies tent, surprised with the quality of mithril she had found in there. Not quite the purity her previous breastplate had been made of, but pretty damn close. She couldn't wait to start working with it. She moved deeper into the camp, looking for her employer to let him know that she'd be taking the metal instead of her usual payment, along with a decent forge and anvil to shape it with.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
The death knight, necromancers and druid got teleported down to the surface. The necromancers took lead at that point, leading the group towards a large pit, seemingly empty. They both muttered long spells as the pit started rumbling, hundreds of ghouls pouring up from the dirt. "How many?", Decay asked, glaring at the necromancers. There were nowhere near the amounts she had been promised.
"750 each.", one of the necromancers replied, cowering back a little.
"We'll be dealing with your empty promises later.", Decay replied, sounding angry with the necromancers. "Is the Undercity gate ready?"
"Of course.", the other necromancer replied, starting to channel a bigger version of the death gate spell.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Luare and the other two felines arranged themselves around Myri, hoping to keep her from panicking. The cub, starting to get bolder, wandered up to the draenei and pawed at her hand. He did not, unfortunately, know how to retract his claws yet, but at least they were still small.
Tirrae and Faron, Tristfall Glades
Faron jumped off the gryphon as soon as it was on the ground, giving his pelt a massive shake. He HATED flying. Vallrok followed more gracefully.
The gryphon carrying Tirrae was very glad to have her skitter off. Its bones probably had hundreds of new scratches. The warpstalker, both naturally earthbound and magically infused with the element, lied flat on the ground and grasped it with all four paws.

Kozri
Tirisfal
Kozri gave Tirrae a reassuring pat, trying to comfort her. He waited for the others to do something, remaining besides the warp stalker. When she wasn't trying to maul him, she seemed rather nice, anyways.

Azunara
Acherus
Azunara blinked, watching the entire process with her head tilted. "That's...a lot of ghouls. Can they actually think, like I do?" She asked.

''Of course not.'', Decay replied. ''The only thinking they manage is whether to tear someone apart before or after they start gnawing on their skulls.''
The death gate spell finished, the portal stabilzing. Decay waved for Azu to follow her, as she and the necromancers walked through. They ended up coming out of an identical gate in a glade in Silverpine, not too far from the Undercity.

Silverpine
Azunara followed after, looking pretty satisfied with that answer. She guessed that was why ghouls were so dangerous. No guilt. No morals...Not much of anything, really. She was greatly pleased she wasn't one of them. Being even a useless ghost was -way- better.

Myriana - Teldrassil
The kitten pawing at her hand momentarily distracted the draenei from the questioning. She reached down and picked the kitten up and held him close, not even noticing the tiny scratches on her hand. After what she had endured today a few tiny scratches from a cub were nothing. The questioner raised an eyebrow at Myri's actions but otherwise said nothing and continued her thorough examination.
Thorough it was. Myri told them almost everything. She explained about the beasts, leaving out she had a couple of them herself. She told them about Glix, sticking to the story that the goblin was her employer and a Steamwheedle goblin. She gave desciriptions of Sabra, Batlek, and Lesari. When they asked about who had hurt her, the hunter just buried her head into the ruff of the cub's back, not wanting to think about it. The Sentinel grabbed Myri by the shoulders and shook her gently. "You have to tell us." The hunter nodded and got a grip on herself, and managed to give a faltering description of the elf.
The Sentinel asked the draenei several more questions before stating "I think we have an idea of where this camp is, but we are going to have to bring you with us to be certain we find it. It is going to take me awhile to get the troops ready, so stay here and rest a bit. We will come and get you when it's time and we will destroy that camp and free your employer." As much as the Sentinel detested goblins, she'd do it for the sake of the draenei. She seemed almost frantic with worry of it. With that she left and Myri greatfully leaned back and closed her eyes, exhausted despite being healed. She absently scratched the little cub behind the ears, trying her best to relax. She was getting help. Glix would be free...if it wasn't already too late. She looked at Luare and gave the druid a watery smile. "Thank you."
Senisra - Teldrassil
The mage watched the rogue's dagger work on the tree. Very interesting, but not for her. She looked back towards where her little draenei had escaped. She was getting a feeling of premonition. And it wasn't a good one. "Lord Batlek, it might be best if we move this camp soon." She said as politely as she could manage to the troll. Senisra knew the other elf had lied to her. Her pet wasn't dead, she was probably safe in Darnassus and rallying the elves.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Neronel Crowflight - Darnassus
Neronel felt a little awkward moving into the Warrior's Terrace. He had always been welcome here before, but he felt out of place now that Israe was missing. He half expected to see her turn around the corner and smile at him, leading him to the Sentinel quarters for tea. He could only hope that there had been word back yet.
He knew he shouldn't be as worried as he was. Israe was a skilled fighter, she couldn't have been taken down that easily. But it had been two days now since she disappeared from her patrol. From all accounts she just... vanished. Like she had been spirited away. There had been no trace, nothing. Neronel knew his wife, knew she wouldn't just abandon her post like that. Nor would she run from her other responsibilities.
He paused as he reached the Sentinel Headquarters, noticing the door was closed. His ears lifted up hopefully. Had they found her?! He knocked on the door, hoping that the person that answered would be Israe.

Myriana - Darnassus
Myri jumped as someone knocked on the door, yet still managed to hold onto the little cub. She gave the cub back to Luare, then opened the door to see a male night elf standing before her. She gave him a confused look...the Sentinels couldn't be ready so soon. The one had has questioned her had not left more than a minute ago. She looked at the druid again and uncertainly at the male elf, not sure of what he wanted.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Neronel's ears drooped as some draenei opened the door instead of Israe. He looked over her, trying to see any sign of his wife's white hair, her bright eyes. Nothing.
"Is the commander here?" He asked, looking around. "Has there been any sign of Israe yet?"

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Myriana - Darnassus
"I am sorry...I do not know who you are talking about." Myri wasn't sure what she was allowed to tell some unknown elf, though he was obviously worried. She pointed in the direction she had thought the commander would have gone. "I think the commander went that way?" she said uncertainly. Another Sentinel came to the door, holding a bow and gear. She gave a polite nod to Neronel, she knew of his missing wife. "There has been no word of Israe yet, Neronel, though we think we have a lead now. If you wish, the commander went that way." She said pointing towards the grassy area where the warriors trained.
She gently pushed past the male and Myri and set the gear on the desk. "I was told to give you this. We cannot have you charging into battle with hardly anything on. Judging by your quiver, we are assuming you know how use a bow." The sententil left, giving a curt nod to both elves and the draenei and left. She looked from Neronel to Luare, feeling ashamed and not sure why. "Uh...if you will excuse me." she looked down, hoping they would get the hint and leave her in peace for a few moments

"Thank you." Neronel told the other Sentinel with a bow, then ran off to find the commander. A lead? Oh thank Elune, hopefully he would soon have his love in his arms once again. He moved off to the grassy area to speak with the commander, intent on helping them however he could. Anything to get her back.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Richard watched the infusion, scribbling madly in his book and only pausing to glance up to see how it was progressing. As it ended he jotted down a few more notes before snapping the book shut. He let out a thoughtful hum, rubbing his chin as he studied the rotting tree.
Glix swallowed, her ears drooping slightly. It sounded as though the infusion was finished. She gave Jraak a wary look.

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Breathing heavily, the human stopped. He looked back at the bag he had been pulling, shivering slightly. Who comes in after closing hours, drops of a corpse, inscribes strange runes all over the ground and then just leaves? It wasn't too unusual with people coming in late with corpses, most of the time it was some filthy rogue and his dead friend that needed resurrections or, more commonly, just contact with the spirit to get some random bit of information. But just dropping off corpses and a half-finished ritual of some sort? That was scary, even to a seasoned warlock. He bent down over the bag, picking the corpse up with a large amount of effort, elves were rather heavy, despite what they looked like, and dumped it in the container. Seriously, who does something like that? He walked back, deep in thoughts, looking over his shoulders occasionally. Eerie.
((Continuing to guilt-trip Kozri. I hope that's okay. ^^ ))

Re: Fury of the Twilight Clan
Indi studied Zaruuk from the corner of her eye, chuckling slightly as he made himself a little worse for the wear. She whispered a command to Khaz, telling the gryphon to go back to Acherus where it was safe. He didn't like that suggestion one bit, afraid that Indi wouldn't come back again. The death knight told him something more forcefully in Scourgish, an order to leave, and the bird, with much huffing, finally took to the air and flew out of sight.
"Over dramatic git," Indi muttered to herself, walking over to Zaruuk. Turning to face the others, she asked, "So...do we go to Undercity or do we wait here?"
((Whoops, forgot my cultist.))
Ambrosia--Teldrassil
Ambrosia retrieved her dagger, sheathing it with a twirl. As she walked back, she overheard the elf warning Batlek that the camp might not be safe anymore. A rare frown crossed the rogue's face. "So...who let a snitch sneak out of my camp then?" she said calmly, warning her Cultists to prepare for moving should Batlek command it.

Zaruuk dusted off his hands, finally feeling that he looked dishevelled enough for his new role.
"I believe we are to wait here for Decay and her, uh, reinforcements." He responded to Indi as she walked up to him, then turned to look at the others. "I have one last set of robes for anyone willing to help infiltrate the camp."

"I can sneak in. Speaking of plans, what is the plan? I think I missed that part," He said, trying to keep the tone of shame out of his voice. He missed it because he was being stupid. Again.

Azunara
Silverpine
Azunara turned to look at all the ghouls that followed, and grinned a bit. There was no way the cult could prepare for this. Tons of ghouls, and a group of skilled adventurers? They weren't losing this time! She brightened at the idea of that, and looked at Decay, "Now where to?"
