okay i logged into WoW for once after my break from it and i find the words smaller and the graphics getting a lower quality here's a picture

Have you checked your resolution?
I'd also check my UI scale. This bug can happen if the files get "corrupted", that is, if you shut the game/computer down incorrectly. For example, by "pulling the wire", instead of using Sleep mode, and such.

I'm with Saturo here. Its probably the resolution settings off.
I don't really feel like this is so much the "Post-Modern" era as much as its the "Pre-Zombie-Apocalpse" era. I consider myself more of a forward thinking guy and an era that just won't die is just as feasible as a coming era, where the dead come back.

no it's still 3-d except all the egdes are all pixely and not really that smooth it annoys me
