Zaruuk - Booty Bay

Zaruuk gave a contented sigh, his body relaxing at her touch. He gently ran his fingers up and down along her back., enjoying the sensation of the water lapping around them.
"Thank you." He said, voice incredibly happy, a little tired and a tiny bit sad, all at once.

Threnaad - Booty Bay

"Hold on there little fox, don't go torching this place." Threnaad said, watching the animal carefully. Perhaps this hadn't been the most wise of ideas. Bah, if the fox got too rowdy, he could always cure him of poison and get him back sober.
He looked up to see Glix wandering down. "Oh, so you know the blazefox? You're not his owner are you?" He asked her.

Jraak - Eversong

Seeing the commotion up ahead, the Arakkoa wandered forward and watched his flock. A new flock sister had joined them, it seemed. He screeched a greeting to her.

Cori - Cultist Camp

''Pleasure to meet you.'', the elf replied, turning back to watching Batlek. She jumped in surprise as the Arakkoa screeched at her, a shield of holy energy flashing up around her. ''Uhm.. I'm sorry, mister.'', she said, cowering back a little.

Glix - Booty Bay

The goblin glanced over to Threnaad. "No, his owner is upstairs at the moment. I suppose I qualify as his babysitter now, though. Especially now that Swift here seems to have gotten himself tipsy." She scowled down at the fox, ready to blast him with an ice bolt or two should he start eyeing up the wooden chairs and tables.

"Come on, let's find some water." Asli stepped back from her husband and laced their fingers together.

Iocha and Soshi
Booty Bay

Iocha glanced down at Soshi as they moved into the inn again. The lion was sniffing at the little fox that was on fire, his maw wrinkling as he walked away. She shook her head and followed him to seat herself in a chair and scratch at his chin. "I'm almost afraid to ask." She spoke softly as she chuckled.

Jraak twisted his head at Cori. This was a skittish mammal.
"Why sorry? Jraak welcome sister to flock. Jraak never hurt flock." He clicked his beak in a sort of chortle.

"Ah, I am afraid that is my fault." Threnaad replied with a weak grin. "I am not one to drink alone, the fox - Swift did you say his name was? - was more than happy to join me. I can cleanse him of the poison should he become a little too, ah, excitable.
"Threnaad, by the way." He said, offering the goblin his hand. "A pleasure."

He looked down to see Tirrae sniffing at the empty bowl. "And another animal friend? And a warpstalker too! I haven't seen one of you guys for decades now. Sorry, I don't think I am allowed to share any more of my drink."

"Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you were threatening. I'm Cori.", she said, switching to a faint smile.

Asli took his hand and wiped a bit of the chocolate off his cheek to lick it from her finger before she glanced around. "If I remember right there should be a river nearby that should do."

Tirrae jerked her head away from the bowl and shook her head. Good, she hated the smell of it. The Broken was interesting though. She tilted her head at him, then poked him with a claw before turning to look for Kozri.

Glix - Booty Bay

Glix gave him a baffled look. "You gave him some of your drink? Now, why would you do that? Animals are just as happy with good ol', cheap water. Except for these ones, I suppose. Guess you're on good terms with them now." She shot the stumbling Karma an amused look before looking back to Threnaad. She reached out and shook his hand in return. "I'm Glix. Nice to meet you, too!" She gave Tirrae a glance out of the corner of her eye, relieved to see the warpstalker pull away from the bowl. Good, because her and Swift combined would have destroyed the town.

Asli nodded and headed toward the nearest river she could remember. It took a little longer than she had thought to get there, since a few things had shifted around. She glanced down at the water and nodded at how clean it seemed. Her eyes moved to Magna and she smiled...right before she shoved him into the water.

"Uh, it seemed like a good idea at the time?" Threnaad grinned with a wink as he shook Glix's hand. "You will be surprised how often I make that excuse. Would you like a drink or anything, by any chance? My shout."

"WAUGH!" yelled Magna as he fell into the river.

"I can relate to that." Glix let out a chuckle, then brightened at his offer. "I'm not one to argue with free chow." She took a seat, waving to catch a waitresses' attention. After taking her order she sat back, studying Threnaad. "If you don't mind me asking... what's a Broken doing out here in Booty Bay? As far as I know, you don't see much else here other than adventurers, pirates and goblins. The occasional travelers as well, which is what I'm hazarding a guess you are."

Threnaad shrugged, leaning back in his chair and taking another sip of his drink. "To make the story short, I heard from an old friend that there were troubles with sort of Afternoon Cult going around and attacking people. I decided that I'd be doing a great deal more to help with this if I went out and did something, as opposed to sitting on my arse in the Exodar while I wait for something to happen." He payed the waitress as she brought Glix her food.

Glix peered over the lip of her teacup as she listened to Threnaad speak. She suppressed a snicker at "Afternoon Cult", then quieted as he continued. "So you came here? There haven't been reports of Cultist activity here in Stranglethorn, have there?" She frowned slightly, drumming her fingers against the teacup's side. She hoped that wasn't the case; they had come here to escape from the Cult for a while, not run into more of them. "Anyway, I suppose that's as good a reason as any to come here. You trying to find that friend of yours? I've been quite a few places in the last few days, maybe I've seen him around." She added the last part a bit dryly, mentally tallying off all of the towns and areas she had stumbled into ever since the swamp.

"Mmm, I have not heard too much news of what this cult is doing, truth be told. Exodar, being quite isolated and out of the way, does not really get much news, you know?" Threnaad said, wiggling around in his chair to get a little more comfortable. These goblin chairs were not suited for broken physiology. "I have pretty much been wandering around at random since I left. Another one of those "Seemed like a good idea at the time" moments I suspect.
"As for my friend?" He continued, grinning widely as he thought. "Well, there is no harm in asking. Tall fellow, blue and grumpy. Black hair in a braid. Spellcaster. Goes by the name Zaruuk. Last I saw, he was travelling with an elvish death knight."

Myriana and Swift - Boot Bay

"Sorry" Myri mumbled, a little upset that she had hurt the worgen's feeling. Still, Willowe had her back turned so the draenei rose stiffly to her hooves and approached the tub. She gave a quick glance back at the druid, to double check she still had her back turned, before undressing. She mutely inspected herself, noticing several scars on the sides of her waist. The draenei gave a shudder, not wanting to know what her back looked like. She wasn't about to draw Willowe's attention by moving from the side of the tub to look in a mirror. Instead Myri climbed into the tub and sank into the warm water with a sigh. She didn't even notice the fuzzy feelings radiating through Swift's spirit bond.

Down below, Swift gave Tirrae a drunken nudge with his nose, then stared blankly ahead for a bit, eyes unfocus and tongue hanging out. The fox licked his chops several times before hiccuping a slightly larger ball of flame.


Senisra - Eversong

Hearing a commotion behind her, the mage returned to where Batlek was beginning his Transfusion. She observed Cori quietly, finding the blood elf highly attractive - for a blood elf. And she was so sickeningly...hospitable. Senisra every so slightly narrowed her eyes as she stroked the dragonhawk's head.

Glix - Booty Bay

"Hm. I actually don't know, to be honest. Never been to Exodar. You can probably imagine why." Glix let out a chuckle, then set down her teacup as the Broken began to describe his friend. She pricked her ears at the increasingly familiar description, her eyebrows shooting up as he mentioned the draenei's name. "Zaruuk? You know him?" Her face broke into a grin. "Well, small world! You can find a draenei with that exact description in a room just upstairs." She jutted a thumb toward the staircase. "Mind you knock first, though. I think he's a bit, ah, preoccupied at the moment."
The goblin glanced over at Swift as the fox let out another hiccup. "You're gonna have one hell of a hangover tomorrow, buddy."
